-it's been about 15 minutes since Ed left-

Roy's POV
I walk into Ed's room with so flowers, when I only see winry and Al, a frown grows in my face, "where's Ed?"

Al stands up, "winry fixed his arm then he fixed me and left.."

Winry bites her lip, "he was crying one moment then said he was fine and left."

I immediately get concerned, "dammit, Alphonse, he's not in his right mind! Where do you think he went??"

Al replies nervously, "the roof maybe??"

I nod and run out towards the roof, "dammit Fullmetal"

Al and Winry follow me getting really worried and guilty.

Ed's POV

I got up to the roof about 15 minutes ago and I was staring at the town, but my stomach started bleeding again, I must've pushed myself to hard, I sigh softly and sit down against a wall.

Glancing up at the sky I close my eyes to enjoy the sun beating on my skin, my hand is laying over my abdomen, "mm.."

-about 5 minutes later-

Roy's POV

Once I get up to the roof, I open the door quickly, and run out to see if I can find Ed, "Ed?"

I look around and see Ed slumped by the ledge on the roof, "oh no, no no no," I run over and set the flowers on the ledge, I kneel down quickly and grab his shoulders, "hey! Fullmetal!"

Winry and Al run onto the roof and see what's going on.

Al yells, "brother!"

Winry stops in her spot when she sees Ed she immediately covers her mouth and tears up, "oh no"

Ed's POV

I must've fallen asleep, I'm woken by voices around me calling my name, I open my eyes slowly, "mm..what is it"

Roy is staring at me with worry in his eyes, "are you alright??"

I yawn a little, I bury my face in his chest, "I got sleepy..I don't like being here"

Roy sighs in relief and hugs Ed close, "I'll take you back to my office okay?"

Al runs over, "Brother are you alright??"

I'm still pressed against Roy, "I'm okay Alphonse.."I yawn softly, "mhm..just fine"

Winry takes a deep breath calming down, "thank goodness, and no worries Ed the nurse said you've been discharged, you can leave whenever you're ready, just take it easy okay?"

I didn't hear any of that, I fell back asleep against Roy, his warmth and good scent made me the most comfortable I've been in a while.

Roy's POV

Thank god he's okay.. I look down and blush lightly, he's sleeping soundly against me, I scoop him up and carry him bridal style, "I'm going to bring him back to my office, if that's okay with you Alphonse?"

Al nods, "I'll come too, in case Brother needs me"

I nod and start carrying him back inside to leave, "Lieutenant Hawkeye has a car waiting for us out front."

I look down again to check on Ed and smile softly, he's so cute..I have to protect him as I walk down the stairs, his nose is pressed against my chest and his hand is clutching at my coat.

I kiss his head gently and get him out to the car, I lay him carefully in the back seat and let Al sit back with him. I get in the passenger seat and let Riza know we can go back to the office. I am not going to let him out of my sight for a while..not until I know he's okay. I love him. I will do everything I can to make sure he's safe.
