You tapped your pencil on your desk while you laid your head in our hand. Your eyes would occasionally glance at the clock and hen return to the video. This couldn't be anymore boring. You would rather take notes than watch this. You loved History, but this was the most boring subject: World War I. You were more of the WWII type of girl.

Your eyes start to drift close, but a hand on your shoulder jolts you straight up.

" Y/N...best wake up. You never know when a quiz will pop up." Your teacher smirks.

You feel a tingling in your stomach and you smile back innocently. " Oh, I'm sorry Mr. Seavey. I'm just tired. I had a late night last night." You lean over a little and tilt your head so he gets a hefty eye of cleavage.

Mr. Seavey's eyes sparkle in the light while his jaw clenches a little. You got him.

He looks around at your classmates and sees that they are all busy, so he leans down to your ear.

" My office, lunch." He whispers.

You nod subtly before focusing on the screen in front of the room. Suddenly lunch couldn't come fast enough.

You bite the tip of your pencil and scrutinize the tv. This really sucks.

Just like you will be in two short hours

A voice inside your head says. You bite back the grin and stuff down the excitement. You really couldn't wait for lunch.

The lunch bell rings and you quickly make your way out of math class. You had been waiting for two very long hours for lunch.

" Y/ N where you going?" Marge, your friend asks. You usually ate lunch with her.

" Mr. Seavey wants to see me in his office." You shrug.

" Alright." Marge says before running through the hall.

You smile secretively before making your way to his office. You open the door silently and notice that is dark.

" Yes, you see in your paper you correctly stated what caused WWI but you didn't state why led up to the cause. You needed more detail." You heard him say.

You sighed and sat down on the couch. He obviously had a student that didn't know what to do in an essay, which was pretty stupid. Daniel had always laid out exactly what he wanted and even gave references to find the information. Clearly this student wasn't trying hard enough.

You him and thrum your fingers on your bare knees as you wait. It wasn't he first time you had come into the office while he was talking to a student. You would just wait quietly and hide in the shadows of his office.

" Now you can stay in here for a few minutes and go over my notes. I have to go in my office, there's a student I need to see." Daniel says.

You feel your nerves jump as he comes through the door.

" Hello, Y/N." He smiles.

" You wanted to see me?" You ask.

" Yeah, I noticed that you've been falling behind. Lack of sleep?" He raises his eyebrow.

You bite your lip. " Yeah. Something's been keeping me up at night. All I find myself doing is thrashing in bed." You say sultrily.

Daniel leans back on his desk and grips the end. " Is everything okay at home?"
