Chapter Ten

Kenzy flew as far as she could before she landed beside a mountain and sat down next to it

"Father why" she whispered as the long awaited tears started to fall

"Why did I go I should've stayed to protect you" Kenzy then looked at the sky that was starting to turn making twinkling stars appear and It seemed everything was going too fast for Kenzy and she was being thrown into something that was connected to her Father's death and no one was saying anything even after Ianite was going to say things and after she tried to boss her around

"Stupid son of a-" she then heard loud, fast hissing and she immediately hid in the entrance to a cave

"Kenzy!" a male called as he stopped upon the mountain she had sat on this wasn't good Kenzy thought than she heard the hissing and a red something appeared in front of the cave not wanting to find out what or who it was Kenzy put her back to the wall of the cave and hoped he didn't see her because now she was taking off possibly going back to the village and bury her Father then go as far as she can and find out who did this because there was no way that-

"Boo" a male in red samurai armor said from behind causing Kenzy to turn and her black sword to appear in her hand ready to strike but wait the sword it was her inventory how did it?

"So you must be our little runaway" he murmured

"Um..no" Kenzy said

"Than why were you hiding from me?" he questioned

"Wouldn't you hide from a stranger when your traveling" Kenzy hoped the lie worked because yeah a traveler that was what she would be soon

"Hmm interesting" and with that a transmitter appeared in his hand

"Jordan I think I found her" he said into it

"Think?" Jordan voice said coming through

"A woman with brown hair,green eye, wears purple and black armor and carries a black sword" he said descripting her then he turned as he continued talking

"That's her" Jordan said but before the samurai could grab her Kenzy ran right out of the cave and booked it to the forest that was just feet away and if she could just get to it but there was this hiss and she was tackled to the ground causing her sword to fly inches away from where she landed pinned on her back by the samurai

"Where do you think your going?" the red samurai purred in her ear

"Away from you and your Gods!" Kenzy shouted as she struggled under him while trying to grab her sword

"I'm afraid we have other plans for you" the samurai said than he put the transmitter back up to his face

"She tried running but I caught her where does she need to be taken?" Kenzy growled and finally got a grip on her sword

"The Fortress of Fury where Ianite and I will meet you there" Jordan responded than Kenzy was hauled up to her feet by the arm quite harshly

"Come gently and this won't hurt" this caused some snickering on the transmitter

"Tucker! I thought you belonged to Sonja!" a british voice said

"Tom shut up" so his name was Tucker better than Samurai Kenzy supposed than she clenched her hands her knuckles feeling the cool metal of her brass knuckles beneath her armor and she grinned wickedly but before she could hit him her sword was plucked from her hand

"Such ladies shouldn't have weapons" Tucker said before taking off in the blink of an eye making her feel nauseous and before she knew it she stood on two towers one taller than the other with purple glass while the shorter one had orange glass

"Kenzy!" Lady Ianite cried out and she was pushed away from Tucker and into the arms of Lady Ianite

"Hello" Kenzy said with harsh bitterness

"I was so worried!" she said

"Well sorry I didn't say goodbye before I left" Ianite held her at arms length

"Goodbye?" Ianite said surprise in her very voice

"I'm leaving I have things to do" Kenzy said causing Ianite to go silent

"Like what?" Tucker said

"Bury my Father and go find the information I need elsewhere seeing that noone wants to provide it" and with that she yanked herself from Ianite's grasp as Jordan and a fox lady came from a elevator in the corner of the roof and stepped away from it

"I'm afraid we can't let you leave Kenzy" Ianite said

"As for Jordan, Tucker, Sonja thank you for helping me I'll reward you shortly as for you" she led Kenzy to the elevator and stood atop of it

"I'll be showing you your living quarters" Ianite said causing Jordan to give his Lady a look

"How are we sure we won't escape again?" he asked

"Good thinking here hold on to her" and Sparkles grabbed Kenzy by the arm and held onto it tight

"Ow!" Kenzy said

"Jordan maybe you should..." the fox lady started but was quickly interrupted

"Who cares of it hurts Sonja she fights like a fucking monster she almost punched me blade in hand" Tucker stated causing Kenzy to growl

"Poor thing..." Sonja said

"I ain't a thing!" Kenzy shouted

"I wonder was Ianite's doing?" Tucker said changing the conversation

"Probably making the room to where Kenzy can't escape" Jordan said as he heard glass break and was replaced before Ianite came back up and took Kenzy by the arm and led her to the elevator and went down and three followed

"Don't go down there" Diante said causing the three to jump and stop in their places then look around

"Why?" Sonja said

"Go to the window and see why"

So the three flew to the window of the floor beneath the roof the see the inside was surrounded by warded glass
