chapter 12

DEREK'S POV
the next morning I walk downstairs to the kitchen smelling a wonderful smell. i walk into the living room to see Chris, Luke, Em, jaymie and another girl i didn't recognise watching Peppa Pig.
"Hey em can I talk to you" i piped up.
"umm.. yeah sure" she replied getting up and kissed jaymie on the forehead and came with me. we walked upstairs and went to her bedroom. she'd barely shut the door when i pinned her to the door and crashed my lips onto hers. she grabbed my hair and lightly tugged moaning into my mouth.
"derek, derek stop!" she commanded and i parted away from her
"yeah i know" i replied. We stand there for what seems forever before I pipe up. "Okay E here's the thing. I am absolutely head over heels in love with you and you need to know that" I told her grinning from ear to ear/

"I love you too D" she told me and we kissed.

STEPH'S POV

So Em went upstairs with this guy I'm guessing to be Derek Morgan. She looks weird how she is not her gothic self and then I figured it out and how she was going to find Jay and Michael. I went to go get her when I heard them. I waited till they finished there kiss and then I knocked on the door.

"Hey Em I have an idea but I think this is too dangerous for your team" I whispered and she nodded.

"Hey babe you need to go to the team and tell them and the CSI's plus Frank to meet me at Starbucks on the corner of 9th and 12th can you please also get everyone to get new phones" she told him. He went to object but he looked at both of us and we raised and eyebrow each.

"Before you go Derek this is Steph" she told him giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"Hey" we said at the same time and I walked back to the living room.

EMILY'S POV

I introduce Steph to Derek but he NEEDS! to go. I walk him to the door because he'll get really suspicious. "Thank you" I apologised.

"For what?" He asked raising an eyebrow

"For not bringing the team. You could've told them where I was but you didn't and i love you so much for that" I explained.

"What time for Starbucks?" He mumbled against my lips

"2:30" I replied shutting the door. When I walked into the living room to look at the room empty. I pull my gun out and just as I was about to search the place they all walk in. I sigh and put my gun away. I was on the computer doing some reasearch on my Father and Step Father when there was another problem. "Guys this is a 3 man team" I told them sighing.

"What do you mean?" Chris asked.

"Well it turns out that I have a Step Brother who is ALSO! in the same jail. Oh My Fucking God when I find them I have to do it alone" I said. Steph looked at me and punched me in the gut.

"Get changed and you 3 can set up" Steph told us. I ran upstairs and changed goth but sporty and ran downstairs agin. "What the FUCK! do you mean you're doing this alone at the end" she commanded doing a right hook. I ducked and kicked her feet from underneath her.

"Sis this is my fight and I just figured out that anyone else who gets involved is dead the minute we make a move." I told her doing an uphook swap.

"Okay girls we get it. You're both mad and you don't want each other to get hurt but this is not helping" Luke told us and boy was that a mistake. We pounced him and Chris laughed so Steph grabbed him by the shirt.

"Alright I know what we need to do but I need you guys to come to Starbucks with me at 2:30 to tell the team, CSI's and Frank to just let us handle it. Or do I work with both of you but whatever info I get from them I pass back and you guys can make progress with the info I'm getting from there and the info you guys get from here" i told them giving a fist pump to Luke.

"Lets get these sons of a bitches" Steph said in her 'don't fucking mess with me or you're a dead man' voice.
