You had left for a week after you and Justin broke up. Then, you really missed the 405 and racing. So you returned back home. Before you got the the shop, you had a flashback.
Flashback
Tonight I was racing against Justin for the number one spot. I wasn't happy calling out my boyfriend not to mention, the father if my child. I was only five days along. So I decided after the race no more for a while.
We got lined up. Something in my car wasn't right. I ignored it, it was a minor problem. Chuck lined us up and we were off. All if a sudden my car began to flip end over end about five seconds into the race. I landed on my wheels and slowly got out and sat on the ground.
"Hailey are you okay?" Justin asks.
"I. I don't know. Did I hit you?" I ask.
"No baby." He says.
Then he helped me up and we went to the ambulance. He walked away for a second.
"Is the baby okay?" I ask.
They then did an ultra sound.
"In sorry. You lost the baby in the accident." Says a nurse.
"Wait what?" Justin asks.
Oh shit. We then got to the hospital and Justin was pissed.
"How could you not tell me you were pregnant?" He asks.
"I was gonna tonight. I was only five days I found out today." I say.
"That don't matter Hailey! You should have told me." He says.
I then could feel the tears. He has never yelled at me. He then got up and began to walk away.
"Justin." I say.
He walked out of my room leaving me a mess.
Now I'm pulling into Midwest after being gone for two years. I hope I can work in the shop again. I stop my 2015 Dodge charger, get out,lock it, and walked inside. First person I see us Shawn.
"Hey Hailey waily." He says hugging me.
"Hey. How are you?" I ask letting go.
"Good.. Hails, he ain't been the same since you've been gone and only you can fix it." He says.
"Guess I outta go and talk to him." I say.
He then pointed to his office and walked out the door. I then went and stood in the doorway.
"Hey stranger." I say.
He looked up.
"Hailey." He says.
I then walk in and sit in front of him.
" When did you get here?" He asks.
"Just got here." I say.
"Its been a while." He says.
"It has. I want my job back." I say.
He then smiled.
" You ain't changed. Still that hot ass pistol I love." He says.
I then laugh. We then got up and walked to the shop. We're working on the Crow currently. I missed this. All of a sudden, I could feel his arm wrap around my waist and pull me close. We then kissed.
"Hailey. I want you back." He says.
"What you had said two years ago, that. It wasn't easy. It wasn't you." I say.
"I know. I'm so sorry about that. I really am. It's been killing me since you left after you got out of the hospital. I know that I messed up but I'm begging for your forgiveness." He says.
I then looked up into his brown eyes.
"I know that I hurt you but. I don't do it again. I love you Hailey." He says.
"I love you too." I say hugging him.
"Wait here's this." He says.
He took my hand and put on the promise ring he gave me.
I hugged and kissed him. I got him back.
