This is for the_67impala Hey! My name is Amanda Ellington. I have a 76 Impala. I'm currently working on my car when I hear my uncle's truck. Then my dad and uncle walk in.
" Hey daddy hey uncle Justin." I say.
"Hey princess. So this weekend there is a out if town race, do you wanna come?" Dad asks.
" Oh yeah." I say.
"It's in New Orleans." Uncle Justin says.
"Sweet. My car is ready." I say.
I was shining her up. Dad got her for me when I turned 16.
The weekend rolls around and we drive to NOLA.
We arrive, rest, then go to meet the NOLA guys. One that caught my eye was Kye Kelley.

I smile at him then wink. We all got our races, and as I was getting ready for mine, Our walked into my trailer.
" Hey, good luck tonight." He says.
"Thanks. I'm Amanda." I say.
"Kye." He says shaking my hand.
"I think I like angel eyes better." I smile. He then smiled.
*I had to put this song in! I absouluty love this song!
Then my dad cleared his throat.
"Your side NOLA and away from my daughter." He says.
I roll my eyes as Kye walks away.
I then walk to him.
"No way Manda." Dad says.
"Im twenty-two years old daddy." I say.
"I know that. I know your capable of your own decisions but Kye will not be one of them." He says.
I then got in my car, went to my race with Bobby. (He us a NOLA guy for those who don't know!) I won the race by three car links. After a couple of races, Kye and I were talking a bit. A day or two after we went home he asked me out. I said yes. One day, I went into the shop without my phone. I then hear something and see my dad with my phone.
"Your with Kye?" He asks.
I shut the hood on my car.
"Yes." I say. The while 405 were here.
"I said no!" He says.
" And I said I'm twenty-two years old." I sass.
"Amanda Lynn Ellington!" He says.
"Amanda we don't want you with him." Uncle Justin says.
The whole 405 was yelling at me. After two hours when everything settled down, I loaded my car up, drove to my dad's house, packed up all of my things and was driving to NOLA.
As I was driving, I called Kye.
K-hello? A-hey how much are apartments in your area? K-what do you mean? A-im on my way. K-just come to my house, don't waste your money on an apartment. A-are you sure? K-yes. A-okay I'll see you soon Angel Eyes. K-see you soon.
Shawns pov As I walk into Chief's office he had his head in his hands.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"She's gone. Mandy is gone." He says.
"What?" I ask.
He the gave me a note.
Im leaving the 405. I'mgoing to be with Kye no matter what is said. I'm gonna race for him and the NOLA guys. Take my off the list. I love you guys but it's time for me to go. Mandy boo.
Damnit.. We drove her away.
Amandas pov My dad called when I got to Kye's. We talked things over and I'm staying here. I told him I'm twenty-two and it's just time and he understood. Now it's been a while since I've lived with Kye and we are so happy.
