(Sawyer)

"Sorry for that intermission guys." Sawyer apologizes. "I hope the commercials weren't that boring. I bet you guys are nonstop reading cause I'm mad cool."

***Actually we are the ones who are cool... We wrote it.***

"Pft show-offs."

"You seriously think everyone better than you are show-offs" Sky rolls her eyes at Sawyer.

"ANYWAYS... I bet you guys have lots of questions. It's probably cause the authors have no professional experience and nothing makes sense to anyone except them"

***We will literally kill you off right now and make Sky the main character. ***

"SORRY. Geez. Now, readers, imagine a harp playing as we transition to the story."

"I'm sorry kid. I can't just 'sign you up'." The TV guy said. "For the next 13 days, you will see a different sign for each day that symbolizes the Lost. On the 13th day, the sign you will see will have 3 things that you must do to prove yourself. All three things must be done on that night. If you complete a task after midnight, it doesn't count. You may ask one question. After the question is answered you will not hear from me anymore, and you will be on your own."

"After you leave, Jumanji will work, right? Cause it's my favorite game so far."

"You idiot. Did you actually use that as your question?" Sky asked.

"Yes, he did." TV guy said. "EXCUSE ME, AUTHORS. I HAVE A NAME, YOU KNOW."

***Ugh, when characters get an ego. Go back to the story***

"Yes, the game will come back. Goodbye, Sawyer."

"Oh fudge, no wait, I forgot. I didn't mean that as my question. WAIT. NO. TV GUYYYY"

SHTK SHTK SHTK SHTK SHTK SHTK SHTKSHTKSHTK

My mom opened the door to find me hugging the TV, crying. She stared at me for a good ten seconds, and slowly closed the door.

"Are you going through puberty? Are you on your guy period?" Mom said opening the door again and looking in seeing me staring at the window with a wide opened mouth.

I couldn't believe what I just saw. A banner went flying away saying "Are you lost?" I think that was the first sign. OH, MY GOD.

"I hate to break it to you, but the first sign was the TV guy, not the banner that made you cry," Sky laughed. "That was just a coincidence."

"GASP. TV guy, tell me this isn't true."

"Did that banner really make you cry?"

"Ugh, I'm going back to storytelling."

    *Harp music*

"OHHHH MYYYY GODDDDD," I say as tears are coming down my face. In the corner of my eye, I see my mom slowly walking backward.

BAM "Ahh! I've fallen and can't get up! Sawyer, help your poor fallen mother! Who does not need medical attention just, her son's attention!" Mom says while mumbling the last few words.

"Mom, what did you say in the end?"

"Does that really matter? No! I need help, Goddamnit!" My mom reaches for my hand, but as I try to help her up I accidentally fall on top of her. "Don't you go to the gym on Saturdays, Sawyer?" Mom asked me.

"Shut up, Mom," I say as I get back up, leaving my mom on the ground.

"I'm just trying to get your attention, but nooo, God forbid me collapsing to the ground gets your attention."

"Love you too, Mom!"

"Alright, fine," Mom says as she is walking away from the room. "Bye, Sawyer."

"Bye Mom," I added in my head. "I'm part of a cult! Mom's gonna be so proud."

Jumanji music starts playing out of the TV again at volume 100.

"AHHH I'm having a heart attack," I say as I collapse to the ground.

"Ha! Who needs help now!" Mom says pointing at me while I'm on the ground, clutching my heart.

"Me! I need help!" I say as I put my hand up for her to help.

"Bye Beyotch!" Mom says as she is walking away from me.

"I need this mom in my life!" Sky exclaims.

"Well, technically she is your mom-in-law at the end of the story," Sawyer winks and nudges her arm.

    "We are not happening!"

"You know you want this." Sawyer points to himself.

Sky throws up in the background.

"And on that note let's get back to the story," Sawyer says while mimicking a harp. "Dorororo dorororo dorororo."
