Chapter Eight

"So what do you guys enjoy the most when you are touring," I asked after taking a bite of my orange chicken.

"The ladies," Luke said as Ashton smacked his arm, "Hey! I was only kidding,"

"Sure Luke,"

"I was," Luke stated, "How about we do something fun, like games, let's go play games."

"I wanna play Destiny," Michael got up and began walking into another room as everyone followed.

He lead us into a big room, with a huge gaming area and musical instruments placed all over the room. There were drums, multiple guitar, piano, basses, a ukulele, and even a saxophone. I wonder who plays the saxophone, note sarcasm.

I walked over to where the guitar were placed nicely next to each other, I admiring how beautiful they were.

"You want to play one,"

I turn around to find Calum standing behind me as Michael and Luke sat on the couch turning on the console.

"No, it's okay,"

"You're sure, you seem like you want to"

"I would love to, but, maybe some other time,"

"Aw come on Bria you have to play us something," Ashton said as he enter the room with some popcorn gaining the attention of Michael and Luke.

"Please Bria, you said you would play for us," Michael said as he found a seat by the instruments.

"When did I say that,"

"Please," Michael, Luke, and Ashton begged me.

"Just one song," Luke added with them all giving my puppy dog faces.

"Fine, but it's not my fault if I make your ears bleed,"

I looked around at the different instruments and decided to just go with the ukulele.

"What are you going to play," Luke asked.

"The Moon Song by Karen O, it's from the movie Her,"

"I seen that movie it was pretty good," Ashton added.

I sat on one of the high chairs they had as the boys faced me.

"Don't judge me to hard okay,"

"We won't, now play," Calum said.

I beginning begin with the plucking and strumming pattern then began to sing.

"I'm laying on the moon, my dear I'll be there soon, It's a quiet and starry place, times were swallowed up, in space we're a million miles away, There's things I wish I knew, there's no thing I'd keep from you it's a It's a dark and shiny place But with you my dear I'm safe a million miles away."

I finished the last strum and looked up at the boys and they began to clap.

"You are so much better than I thought you would be," Michael confessed.

"Thanks?"

"You should do covers on youtube," Luke added.

"You should," Ashton chirped.

"I actually do,"

"Really! How come I never seen it," Ashton exclaimed.

"I don't know, it's not that big of a deal,"

"I'm looking you up," Michael said as he pulled out his phone and begin typing.

"You're not gonna fin-"

"Found it,"

"How?" I asked.

"I just typed in Bria and 5sos,"

I'm really regretting telling them now.

"Oo play that one," Luke said as he pointed at Michael phone, "and put it on the TV."

Michael connected his phone to the TV playing on of my videos.

Sh*t, of all videos why this one.

The video of me began to sing, "You look so beautiful, No one but me know you're insane, I feel so damn pathetic, my friends just don't get it, Cause you got me under oath without you I was in a f-"

Suddenly a loud crack thunder went off turning all of the power off.

"What the f*ck, I was watching that," Michael said cursing at the weather.

"Hey don't swear,"

I took out my phone and turn on the the flashlight on my phone.

"Aw! my eyes,"

"Sorry, Calum," I apologized.

"I'm gonna go flip the breaker," Ashton said as he walked up to the sliding glass door that was on the other side of the room.

Ashton step out until he step back in saying, "Guys, you're gotta see this,"

We all rushed over the the sliding glass door to find that the whole back yard was flooded. It was probably only a few inches but it was a lot of water.

"Yeah, I don't think it's the breaker," Luke said.

"Now what," Michael asked.

"I can still go home right," I asked.

"I don't think so, there's now a flood warning and all of the roads are closed for the rest of the night," Ashton said as he brought out some candles and placing them in the room.

"Are you sure, I can't go home,"

"Even if the roads clear up it's still not safe to drive on the roads,"

"I guess we're having a sleepover," Michael yelled.
