Escape

You shove Donald away using Earth particles and blow the armed men away from Logan using the wind. Logan and you immediately jump into the limo. Logan drives away, but picks up Laura on the way.

You watch as Logan escapes Donald using the train and you watch as Donald looks at the car slipping away from his grasp.

Donald head back to the warehouse. He walks around till he found an area, which he assumed is her bed. He turns for a split second to see if anyone is looking before grabbing a pillow, inhaling her scent - remembering old memories. He notices the picture taken back a few years ago - back before he knew what (y/n) was.

His men drag Caliban inside and place him on a stool. Donald grabs the picture and shoves it in one of his pockets.

"You're gonna help me, Caliban", says Donald.

"I'm not. You'll never find her", says Caliban, knowing who Donald was to (y/n).

"Beware of the light - I'm sure your mama always told you that when you were young", says Donald before cutting a rope and the tarp falls down, revealing Caliban's weakness - the sun.

"You're gonna help me whether you like it or not. Let's not bring out the worst in us", says Donald before tossing a cloth to cover Caliban's face. Right now, he's not sure which is important.

They drag Caliban back to the truck and Donald orders his men to wait for him outside. He walks back to her bed and inspects it.

She still keeps keepsakes she got from him. He grabs the silver chain that has his initials and hers on it and walks out to hunt Logan down.

That night, as everyone else asleep in the limo, you ponder in your own thought - why is he still looking for you? Logan sees your worried face.

"He's not gonna find us", he says.

"Donald is relentless. He's ruthless and he'll stop at nothing. We need to get her to safety", you say.

Logan didn't say a thing, merely fixing his posture and drives away. Somehow you got the feeling you'll be seeing him again.
