Chapter 13

Leo POV~

Then I woke up... It was a dream! Why do I keep having these nightmares? I had one on the plane as well! I sat up holding my head, I had a killer headache. I must of slipped on the slippery pool floor and banged my head. As soon as Lauren saw I was awake, she fell into my arms and started crying, she must of thought I was going to be taken to hospital as there was loads of paramedics all around me, Then Charlie started running to me, still holding Chelsea's hand, he was pretty much dragging her across the floor just to get to me!

"Leo! are you ok? What happened?" Charlie asked.

For some reason I couldn't speak... No matter how hard I tried, it was as if somebody else was in control of my body, eventually the words came out of my mouth... I did not mean to say them!

"Wh... who are you?" I ended up saying, what is wrong with me, I knew exactly who he was! The words just spilled out my mouth like a waterfall.

"Leo? What do you mean? Its me! Charlie! Don't say you forgot me!" He said, his eyes getting teary.

"You remember me... right?" Asked Lauren, I could tell she was about to cry again, my heart knew her... but my brain didn't.

I started screaming and hitting my head, I wanted so badly to tell them I knew exactly who they were... I just couldn't.

"I think I know what has happened... this is a very rare case! He remembers you, he really does in his heart, but his brain is telling him he doesn't, it will ware off in a few days, but for now we will have to keep him in the hospital." One of the paramedics said, helping me up.

I just shook my head helplessly, I didn't want to go to the hospital, I didn't want to leave Lauren, Charlie, Chelsea and Charlotte again! I managed to force my body to reach for Laurens hand. She grabbed it and kissed the back of my hand, then she let go and I was carried by the paramedics to an ambulance..
