Chapter 42

Leo POV

Sometimes I like to sit down and think to myself, what would my life be like without Lauren? Without Charlie even? I would of never met Lauren if it weren't for Charlie. We are working on a new song at the moment for the bambinos, we need to show them how much they really mean to us. We have lost a few on the way, a lot of bambinos weren't happy when me and Charlie got girlfriends, but as long as we are hally that is all that should matter, and I am happy! I really am! Lauren is my world 🌍 My sunshine ☀️ My shining star 🌟 She pretends to hate it when I drop in an old song reference, but secretly I know she loves it 🙊 I couldn't he happier right now, spending time with everyone that means the most to me, Charlie, Chelsea, Blair, Overload boys, The pow pow girls 👊, Harvey, Dan, and we even saw a few bambinos while we were here! Haha, did you really think I coupd forget Lauren? I just wish my mum, dad and Tilly were here. I miss them so much, Tilly went on Britains got talent with her friend Trinity as 'Daddy Said 2'. So she is busy rehearsing for gigs a lot of the time. I guess this is how she felt when me and Charlie first started off. I don't even know if my parents are super proud, or if they regret sending us on Britains got talent or X-factor, it's almost as if they have lost all they're children to fame. I try to give them a phone call as often as possible, but they don't always pick up, especially after the fight. Oh yeah. The fight. It's a long story, so, Lauren came to my house once and we were telling my parents about how Charlie and Chelsea were getting married, don't get me wrong, my parents LOVE Chelsea and Charlie, but they really did not approve, I turned into a giant argument where I was shouting at them things like.
"WHY DO YOU NEVER SUPPORT MY FRIENDS"
and,
"WOULD YOU REACT THIS WAS IF ME AND LAUREN GOT ENGAGED."

Me and Lauren are only 15 so that was not going to happen anytime soon, but my parents took it the wrong way and started listing reasons why I shouldn't get engaged to her, some of the things they said really offended Lauren so I tried to stick up for her but my parents kicked us both out the house, so we got the train to Laurens house instead, her parents were so much more laid back about the whole situation, they would even be completly fine that we could snuggle up on the sofa with nutella milkshakes and Nutella watching films, where as my parents wouldn't let me lay a finger on Lauren in their sight. It was the cutest thing in the world when Lauren fell asleep in my arms half way through watching 'The fault in our stars'. It felt right. To have her in my arms. It feels right to say she is mine. My life wouldn't be the same without her. I pull the blanket that is laying on the floor over us and slowly begin to fall asleep aswell.

Then I hear a knock at the door, my parents answer it. It's Chelsea, mascara streaming down her face, cheeks bright red, eyes watering.
"I-is Lauren h-home?" she manages to get out, Lauren is still asleep in my arms.
"Her and Leo are right through there sweetie" Laurens mum says, pointing to the living room.
Chelsea runs in the room and I stand up to give her a hug. Lauren must of heard the loud sobbing from Chelsea because she woke up, gasped, and came to give Chelsea the tightest hug ever.
"OMG BABE WHAT HAPPENED??" Lauren says starting to cry a little to.
"C-Charlie"
