You woke up to the sound of Asuna talking. You fluttered your eyes open and spotted Kirito looking at you from top. You freaked out and almost screamed.
He blushes fiercely, and quickly gets off.
"Sorry! I thought you were awake." His voice trails off.
You laugh a bit. "Sure...." You say sarcastically.
"While you guys were.....uh... sleeping.. I went to my house and got the supplies for cooking, so we can cook here." Asuna says as she takes out the cooking supplies.
"Oh, thanks Asuna! Really cool for you doing that." Kirito says as he has an excited face.
Asuna blushes a tint shade of red, still visible. You growl in your head. She then asks Kirito for the meat. She looks at it in delight and starts cooking.
"This will take a while. Can you two get me some other supplies I need for this?" She says as she stirs faster and puts the spoon in her mouth.
"Ugh, I thought it was just meat." You say in an angry tone.
"Sure, whatever for food." Kirito says as he grabs your hand and takes you into the forest.
You're never related to Kirito this much.
"Asuna never said what we exactly needed." You stated and crossed your arms.
"Let's just get something. I'm hungry." Kirito says as you and him hear his stomach growl.
You laugh really hardly and he makes a pout face.
"I told you!" He says with a smile.
You smile wider. "You're so cute."
"I'm not the only one." He says.
"I know I'm cute."
"I was talking about the sandwich."
"I'm going to stick Asuna's spoon up your--"
"Hey, hey, don't get feisty with me. I'll let you share the meat." Kirito says he grabs some resources off trees.
You giggle and grab the same things he does.
It was nice being alone with Kirito. You both got to have laughs without a certain SOMEONE getting in your way, and you felt really nice.
"One last resource... The salt." You pant heavily.
"How are we supposed to get salt?"
"I dunno, you tell me."
Kirito then looks in his bag, and hands you a water bottle.
You take it and drink it. Your stamina and life regen increase slightly.
"Thanks." You say as you throw it away in a nearby bin.
"Actually, we have the ingredients for salt. Let's go back." Kirito says as he closes his bag.
"Aww, let's stay here a bit longer. This is fun." You smile and hop excitedly.
"What's in it for me?" Kirito says as he crosses his arms.
"Anything."
"Anything?"
"Anything."
"Like, anything at all?" He raises an eyebrow.
"A stands for anything." You say with a smirk.
"Okay. A kiss." Kirito says as he smiles.
"I would've done it, even if it wasn't a thing I had to do." You smile.
