Chapter 5: First day of school

Minhae's POV

The sun was streaming through the seams of my transparent curtains.

7:04am, an hour before school.

I walked out of my room dragging a schoolbag beside me. I chucked it in front of the house door and headed for the kitchen.

"Morning Min!" I mumbled a hey and sat down to eat.

I chugged down my food in 15 minutes and ran to the bathroom 'cause it was now 7:38am.

"Sarah! Hurry up!" like always she was putting on makeup and straightening the creases on her uniform.

She woke up earlier than me but she was wasting her time on unneccessary things.

I rechecked my books and checked my uniform incase I wore something the wrong way and jumped out of our house.

"Hey guys!" "Hey Sarah" whispered Jongie. Well he seems to be very tired. We hopped into the elevator one by one.

"Why do you guys look so tired?" I asked Jongie "Well we had interviews and other schedules til nearly midnight. Then we had some extra things to do when we got back. Oh what happened yesterday?"

"Well.. I saw a spider" I lied, it would be embarrasing saying it was Sarah who made me shriek so I lied.

Someone tugged at my hair softly. "Stop it!" It was Kyu. "What was that for?" "Your hair looks pretty. I like it straight." well I was taken back by his flattery

I masked my blush by hiding my face in my bag making it seem like I was searching for something.

Ding! Finally the ground floor. I don't think I can ever get used to that suffocating elevator.

Outside the apartment waiting for us were two black, finely polished limos. I made a shape of an 'O' and so did Sarah.

"I feel like a princess" Sarah breathed out. "I'm glad you like it Sarah" chirped Ricky. She danced toward him and hugged him. No way.

"Sarah, would you mind, you know like explaining?" I suggested. "I'll explain later Min hun."

The limo ride was awkward in every single way. Sarah left me, she left me! So I was alone with Infinite. I was sitting as far away as possible to Kyu so I was now sitting next to Jongie.

Come to think of it I knew nothing about them, they knew nothing about me. How are we supposed to get along if we don't know each other?

"I think we need to know more about each other." wait did I say that aloud? I looked around and found that it was Dongwoo oppa and not me.

"I'll start" Hoya volunteered. "Well I'm now 18 and I'm the 4th oldest. I like dancing and excercising. And my birthday is on the 28th of March." he gave a sly smile and crossed his legs.

Following after Hoya was Woohyun oppa. "I'm the third oldest and I like romantic things. My birthday is on the 8th of Feb and I like sweets." He winked at me and smiled widely.

There was no time for any more talk since we had arrived at the school. I looked at my watch to find that the ride took half an hour. It sure didn't feel that long...

The school. Wohohohoha. It was a mansion. No it was paradise. It was bigger than that, better than that.

Sarah and Teen Top hadn't arrived yet and I was to eager to wait for her so I barged in with confidence. The receptionist looked startled so I said sorry and hopped towards her.
