Lance POV

"...ance...Lance!" I finally woke up, still drowsy from falling asleep.

"Hm..?" I mumbled.

"Don't move." The voice was urgent. My vision finally cleared, my senses going back to normal. I felt something fluffy around me. I heard a low growl, and realized I was laying against a lion. A white lion. She nuzzled me gently, and I petted her head. She seemed friendly...

"Lance! What are you-" they were cut off by the lion growling. Shiro had gotten to close, and this lion was being rather protective of me. I felt calm though. Unlike earlier. My mind was racing, and I hadn't known what to do.

"Lance, your hair! It's brown again!" I looked up, pulling on a strand of my hair to see. It was in fact, brown again. And I had a crown on. I'm pretty sure I didn't put that on...

"It must be connected with his emotions somehow," Coron said, stroking his gorgeous orange mustache. I sat up, and looked around. Everyone was here, worry etched on all of their faces.

"I'm fine guys. Also I think this is Moony," I said. A small purr came from the lion. Their faces relaxed a little bit, knowing the lion wouldn't hurt me. I stood up, almost falling over a bit. My legs were numb from the position I had been in when sleeping. The lion had stood up as well, and was helping me gain my balance. I noticed Allura seemed somewhat mad.

"Lurra' everything ok?" I asked. Almost everyone turned to her, except for Lotor and Keith. The two of them were glaring at each other. It looks could kill...oooeee would those two be dead.

"It's not fair." She growled. "I was supposed to pilot the white lion! That's what father told me! I am the older one after all!" She exclaimed.

"Wait wait wait wait wait," I said looking at her. "If you have been in a pod for 10,000, how am I still alive?" I asked. Suddenly, a weird feeling came over me. I felt like I wanted to retch, and I clutched my stomach. I heard someone call my name, but all of it faded away as I passed out, the only thing I can feel is warm arms wrapping around me as I fall.

I wake up up with a yell, not but too loud. I can't seem to figure out where I am. I notice my hair, slowly turning brown. I start to remember what happened and groan, placing a hand on my head.

"Lance, you're awake, good," I heard, what, Keith's voice? I mumble in response, but don't get up. I know I'm not in my room, the "smell" is different. I nuzzle gently into the pillow, taking small breaths. I look up from the pillow, and notice Keith, laying on the bed next to me, resting on his arm. A small blush creeps across my face.

"You passed out so I brought you to my room. I think you were having a nightmare, cuz you wouldn't let me go," he said with a small laugh. He was wearing his normal clothes now, the tight black shirt and pants. I realized I was under his covers too, and we were really close together. Suddenly, Keith looked straight into my eyes. (Excuse me, maybe it's gay into my eyes XD) I couldn't tear my eyes away from his gaze. He moved his head a bit closer to mine, and we were only a little bit away before- my thoughts were cut off, as Keith kissed me gently on the lips. I froze for a second. I didn't actually think he would do that... I returned the kiss, his lips soft and smooth. We broke apart a couple seconds later, which had felt like hours for breath.

"I love you Lance." He whispered. I blushed.

"I-I love you too Keith," I whispered back. He kissed me again.

"Does this mean we are dating?" I asked. He shrugged.

"Does this mean you are my boyfriend?" He smiled at that.

"I was kind of hoping..." A huge smile crept across my face. I kissed him this time, and we fell asleep again, cuddling the whole time.
