On the next morning, Barret was cuddling up with Lena, holding her tightly on his arms, he smiled and kissed her head gently, trying his best not to wake her up, he sighed and checked the time on his phone

7:30 Am

He yawned and said

-Guess its good that I don't have a job for now, means I can sleep in

Lena mumbled a bit on his sleep after he said this, he was a little spooked and listened carefully to her to see if she said something more

-Ba..Barrett...don't....eat my...cupcakes.....

-Alright honey I wont

He said snuggling up with her again, to which she responded by hugging onto him harder making him smile.

Some more minutes passed before Lena and Athena woke up, Athena was giggling happily, and played with Barrett's hair, which had grown considerably since the last time he and Lena were together, Lena noticed and said

-Love, you could use a haircut y'know

-What? Why? I think this "Back from the dead to hunt my wife and daughter" is pretty, as the kids nowadays would say "LIT FAM"

Lena acted as if she had puked and said

-Love, if you EVER do that again, im going to divorce you

She said with a joking tone making Barrett smile, Athena was face palming herself in the background and groaning, Barret kissed Lena and said

-Maybe later today honey, first, lets get some breakfast

-Okay love, whats on the menu?

-Boiled air, with extra oxygen

SOMEWERE ELSE ON AN EVIL TALON BASE

-Agent Emily, you have been recollecting information about our old foe Barret, have you gotten any new information on him?

-Yes sir, apparently he has re taken his relationship with his wife, and look at this

Emily pressed a button, and a recording appeared on a giant screen showing Barretts new reflexes and speed on the carnival game

-If we compare this with his old self, we can see that his movement speed has been incremented drastically, if we want to take him down, and the rest of Overwatch, we are going to need a plan on how to beat him first

Reaper looked at her and said

-Good job agent, we will have our scientists review the tape and come with a counter measure, you can leave now

-Sir

Emily saluted and left the room with a grin on her face

-Soon Lena, you will be mine again.

� *Im really sorry for the short chapter, but im really busy with a lot of real life stuff, I entered a massive period of depression for about 4 to 6 months, and its been really hard to come over it, besides college and family matters, but I promise ill continue to write and update as much as I can, thanks for understanding*
