My best friend Elly always talked about a new friend she had met online. "He's so cute and nice" Elly always talked good about him until I finally asked "Can I see this friend of yours?". She gave me her phone which showed his Instagram account. Omg he's so cute I said in my head. Elly noticed me staring and said "He's cute right?". I just smiled at her and said "Yea". When the bell rang I went straight home and got on my computer and went to Instagram. Elly and I were on the phone and I asked "So this friend if yours....what school does he go to?" I asked searching up his username since I remembered it from Elly's phone. "He goes to the school right down the street like about 5 blocks away"she answered. I found his profile and clicked Request. "Oh yea that school" I said kind of ignoring her. "You two would look cute together" she said. As soon as I heard those words I started to pay attention "What makes you say that?" I asked looking at his profile. "I see you two being a couple, I mean y'all are both nice and funny". My eyes are still looking at the screen and it's says John had accepted your request. "Oh ok well I got to go Elly" and I hang up the phone. I get a notification that he had commented on my picture and it was "😍😍" I smiled and replied "thx" and I got a message from Snapchat and it was him

I just smiled at the screen and left it like that. It's been a while since any boy has said anything like that to me and it feels amazing. I put the computer away and I get ready to go to sleep. As I close my eyes Elly's words cross through my "I see you two being a couple". And then I fall asleep and dream about him
