I straightened my hair and i looked at myself in the mirror. "Okay you can do this it's just our first date". I was waiting to get there. My hands were shaking.
Madison-Im on my way over there wyd?
John-Still getting ready
Madison-Oh okay
John-I might be there a bit late :(
Madison-Its okay I'll save you a seat
John-Thanks
I got off the car and started walking to the ticket stand. I got my ticket and waited in the front door. I looked around looking for him. The movie had already started so I went to save our seats. When I entered the room it was dark and people were already there. I looked for a seat all the way to the back. I found us a seat and I texted him.
Madison-Hey I'm in the room already I got us our seats all the way to the back text me when your here
John-Sorry I'm late but I'll be there in 5 minutes
I just smiled and started to play with my hands. I didn't know how to react when I saw him. My phone buzzed and it was him.
John-Im here at the snack bar
I got off my seat and put my jacket to save our seats. I went down to the snack bar and there he was in line. All i thought was wow my first love is standing right there. We looked at eachother and smiles. I went where he was and we hugged. He made me feel like I was safe in his arms. "Hey" i smiled and looked at him. He giggled and squeezed my face "hey". While the lady handed him the popcorn I was in the door to go in the room already. "Can you grab me some glasses?" Look at him,he's such a blessing was all I was thinking of . "Huh?" I said distracted. He laughed and pointed at the 3D glasses. "Oh yeah sorry". I put the glasses on him and he just smiled. We were going up to our seats and we sat down. I was so nervous I didn't know what to do. All of a sudden I felt his hand go in mine. And there we were holding hands and enjoying the movies. I started to shiver because it was cold. "Are you cold?!" He asked smiling. "Um no" I said. And he just put his arms around me. I felt so comfortable in his arms. We stayed like that for a while. "Can I give you a kiss?" He smiled at me. I froze. I didn't know what to do. It was my first kiss. Should i go for it? What if I mess up? What if i do it wrong? "Yeah" I said kinda scared. He grabbed my chin and pulled me in close and we connected. Our lips against each other just there. It felt amazing. Im glad I had my first kiss with him. After the movie ended we were hanging out. That was the best first date ever. He didn't rush me to do anything and he asked me for permission which made me love him even more.
