Amy Santiago's POVI can't believe it! Jake proposed to me two days ago, I would of told the rest of the squad on the day it happened but we kinda had a problem with Charles...
-Flashback-
"D..did you just?" Charles stuttered, looking at the ring on Amy's finger.
"Mhm" Jake replied with a grin beaming across his face.
"And did you say?" Charles blurted out his words in disbelief.
"Mhm" Amy smiled and looked up and Jake, then hearing a thud, making her look back over at Charles.
"Oh god, Boyle" Jake chuckled before running over to his best friend passed out on the floor.
A few minutes later, Amy joined Jake, kneeling down next to Charles, with an ice pack. "Is he okay?" Amy asked with slight worry in her voice.
"He'll be fine. Just shock, you know how much he wanted us to get married" Jake replied, slowly looking up at Amy's already smiling face.
"I love you Peralta" Amy sighed.
"I love you too, Ames" Jake said looking back down at Charles as he was waking up.
"W..what happened?" Charles murmured.
"You fainted in shock because me and Jake are getting married" a small smile appeared on Amy's face.
"I can't believe your getting married!" Charles exclaimed, sitting up right.-Flashback end-
My phone buzzed. I picked it up to see a message from Jake.
"On my way to your house, let's get this wedding planned. Love you xx"
I texted him back a simple "okay". I'm honestly so glad that we get to do my favourite thing, planning! I walked into my kitchen got two cups out of the cupboard and made coffee, as I picked them up to bring into the living room, my door opened and I was greeted by a bright smile carrying a box.
"Bonjour señorita" Jake winked.
"I'm pretty sure you just mixed two languages, but A for effort babe" I replied.
Jake chuckled before placing the box on my coffee table "so I just brought a few things.."
Looked like more then a few things to me, I just giggled as he took everything out of the box.
"Okay then. I got some pictures from my moms wedding for inspiration" Jake said opening a thick binder.
"Wow..that's a good looking binder Jake, your mom has good taste" I said nudging him with my elbow.
"Indeed. Now, I was thinking that we should keep the wedding traditional but trendy" Jake went on to explain his plans and ideas.
I look up into his eyes as he was talking, how did I end up so lucky? I still wonder how someone like him could come to his senses and proposed I knew I had always wanted to get married but when he actually proposed, my mind went to a happy place and I'll treasure that forever. I could feel a smile growing on my face.
"Santiago?" Jake snapped his fingers
"Huh? Oh..sorry babe" I replied, realising I had gone into a trance.
"Did you hear anything I just said?" Jake chuckled to himself.
"Uh...traditional but trendy?" I questioned, saying the only few words I could remember.
Jake sighed and slumped back into the couch. "This is going to be hard.."
"Aw babe, I'm sorry. I just went into a world of my own thinking about how lucky I am to have you.." I said, trying to save the moment.
"If anyone's lucky, it's me" Jake smiled
"I love you Jakey"
"I love you too Santiago" Jake sighed
"I promise you, planning this wedding will not be stressful" I showed a smile of reassurance.
Jake smiled back, before I knew it, his lips were pressed against mine. I kissed back until I felt a smile growing on his face. "I sure hope it's not.." Jake whispered.
