Ive redesigned the dspecies for multiple reasons~
Tails are longer, stronger and less spine-ridden to be prehensile and able to support the weight of a SoundStep
A lot of you guys are gonna love this next one
Wings no longer consist of four attached slats, AND SoundStep have the ability to pull wings inside their bodies. This makes it easier for them to wear human garments (if need be) and in an event that requires them to wriggle through small spaces.
Wings are also smaller, and longer along the body. This is because SoundStep now are more terrestrial than aerial. Wings are mainly used for making sound, and for short flight distances
Eyes now have pupils. They dialate depending on the mood of a SoundStep and the light surrounding them. In clusters of SoundStep having a strobe-light party, their eyes will dialate to having no pupils
SoundStep's hind legs are much taller than their forelegs. This is due to the fact that the species is now able to walk bipedally if they choose to
I would like everyone who owns a SoundStep, To redo their own in the new base I've already done so for Charlie~
