I have spoken to them a few minutes ago and all is cleared up and all is forgiven.
(However I will not be posting screenshots due to the Wattpad guidelines)
They have promised me to absolve past behavior. From now on any character they sell will be ones they have created.
Thank you guys for going to bat for me, you didn't have to, but I appreciate it regardless. I could not ask for better friends and followers.
