I began to question, if he has never been in a real relationship.. What kind of relationships has he had?

      "Lets go get food."

I nodded.

We went to a cafe within the shopping center.
We got a box of cookies and coffee.

      "Can I ask you something?"

Hoseok asked me, I nodded.

      " Is it difficult?"

I was confused by the question.

     "Is what difficult?"

     "Being in an "actual relationship"?"

I laughed at the question.

     "I guess. Sometimes it's a bit hard."

     "Then why do people do them?"

I shrugged.
He sat back on his chair and became very thoughtful. I wondered what was going through his head at the moment.
I also began to wonder why people had relationships. Do we really need them? Why do we always look for them? Why do we obsess over them?
There was a long silence between us.

      "Can I ask you something?"

I nodded.

      "I don't want to be nosy or anything.."

He was always being nosy.

      "Have you and Namjoon ever been something more than just friends?"

I wasn't very surprised by the question. It's was something we got asked on a daily.

      "No, we have never been in a real relationship."

He nodded.

     "Why not?"

I began to think about the reasons why I hadn't dated Namjoon, which were a lot.

     "I just know too much about Namjoon. I know it wouldn't work between us."

He nodded again.
Then there was silence again.
I took a long sip from my coffee to finish it up. When I finished Hoseok began to laugh at me. I looked at him blankly. He reached for a napkin and softly wiped my upper lip.

     "Coffee mustaches are not attractive."

We both laughed.
