Chapter 22 Pt. 1
~
"Oh my gosh! Gary!" Janet blurted out in excitement. "What are you doing here in Canada? Oh my gosh, come in." She motioned
"I came to see the show. You know I couldn't miss this world tour." He explained, pulling off his jacket making his way to the couch. "It was amazing too. You did ya thing girl, the dancers too."
"Thanks Gary. What bring you to Canada though?" Janet asked in curiosity, as sat down on the opposite end of the couch. "I see you're still that nosey girl I met on set of ya video shoot." They both laughed in unison. It was an inside joke between the two being that on the set of Janet's Again video shoot, she was questioning him about the girl he was dating at the time being nosey and curious. "I can't help that, it's in my nature to being nosey and ask questions." She laughed to yourself. "Yeah, oh okay Janet. But right now doing some business work in Toronto, so I'll be here in Canada for about maybe a month" He spoke, rubbing his hands through his dreads focusing his attention very much on Janet. "Who knows, maybe I can make to the New York show, if I'm done with this business work soon." Janet shrugged her shoulders and smiled, "Hopefully you'll be able to make it." Gary let out a light chuckle and smile "I hope I will." He grabs his jacket and got up from the couch "Guess I'll get going Janet" He chattered. "Let me help you with your jacket." Janet insisted, as she saw him struggling to his jacket on. "Thank you" As he began to turned around he and Janet were face to face. "You're welcome." Janet cooed. Gary looked at Janet, which made Janet slightly nervous and it made her started blushing a little bit. "Alright, maybe I can see you sooner rather than later." He suggested "Yeah, we can try to make that happen." Gary made his way toward the door and turned the knob, and she followed behind him, "Goodbye Janet." He leaned in and kissed her on cheek. She smiled "Bye. Be safe." He smirked, "I will."

"Damn, we prolly better get going." Shawn looked around, "We the only ones in here."
The conversation between Shawn and Danielle were so natural and fluid, it was almost as if they've known each other their whole lives. "Yeah, the workers probably ready for us to go too." Shawn grabbed her hand and led her out the bar. "Soo.. umm, where to go?" Shawn asked, "Uhh, you wanna see something." She asked him, as she made her way to Rob's car leaning against the car window, "Sure. What I'm going to see in Crenshaw." Shawn wondered, leaning towards Danielle. She blushed, "Well, y'know if we get in the car, I can show you." He gave a light chuckled, "Okay. Alright, let's ride then." He opened up the car door for Danielle and walked around the driver side and got in the car. "So, where to?" He asked, pulling the key in ignition "Take this right and drive straight ahead."
"Alright."
'Come and Talk to Me' by Jodeci strummed softy on the radio as they rode down on Crenshaw in comfortable silence "Turn right here." Danielle pointed out. It was abandoned building on the Southside of Crenshaw, "What's this supposed to be." Shawn questioned, looking through the window. "The building that I want the community center to be in for the kids." He looked at Danielle in admiration "Aah.. okay. You not playing about this. I see ya, Ma. Is there anyway we could get inside there?"
"I wished. It's been abandoned since I was a kid, so I hardly doubt we could get in."
"You wanna try." Shawn challenged. Danielle looked at Shawn in shocked, "Are you serious? Nooo..it's okay." She chuckled..."We should get going." She suggested. "C'mon Danielle," Shawn laughed, trying to his best to persuade her. "C'mon, ain't nobody around and besides I like to see visual ideas you have for this community center." He pleaded.. "Shawn, I don't know." She stammered "Maybe we shou—" Shawn got out the car before even finish her sentence "C'mon girl." Shawn opened her door and grabbed her hand out, "Let just do it. If anything happens, it was my fault. C'mon now let's go and see this building"
~
"B.I. is in the muthafuckin building" Biggie yelled out. Everybody rushed over to Big and dabbed him up. "What's up Big Homie." Tupac beamed, "My nigga finally here, bout time you seen in the big Apple."
Big laughed, "Y'know I had to see the movie superstar in the studio." Pac was laughing at the statement, "Oh okay G, yeah yeah." Pac got up out his chair and turned around to grab his jacket.."Aye Johnny, I'm out for the night. You got it under control?" Johnny nodded his head, "We straight. I'm just polishing up the record now."
"Alright man, we out. C'mon G." He and Biggie left the studio and walked up the stairs to the studio roof. "You ready to smoke one." Biggie asked, while getting the weed sack from out of his jacket. "Hell yeah, just pass me the lighter. Shit, as much stressed as been under lately, I'm tryna get higher than high." Pac confessed, "I gotcha bro. Here." Big passed Pac a blunt for him and one for himself. "What's the extent of the case so far. I mean this bitch said you rape her, now everybody looking at you crazy."
Pac sighed, "Tell me about it." He leaned to lit his blunt and got quick puff before speaking, "These muthafuckas don't know the half, that hoe fucking my life up right now. But y'know even though shits fucked up right now, I got a lot of things looking up for me, so I'm okay for now."
"Pssh, Pac, you a soldier G, so you gon alright. I'm just tryna figure bro, how you gon let that fine sister go man. Nawl man."
Pac chuckled at Biggie, "I had to, I had to let my babygirl go. She didn't deserve that bullshit I pulled. Together or not, Jay forever has a place in my heart." Biggie looked Pac in admiration and dabbed him up, "That's real shit Pac. Brother changing on me." He teased, "Pac, I'm fucking withcha nigga. Aye, let's get some food, because you know niggas get munchie after a good smoke." Pac got a couple more hits and threw away the blunt, "Alright, but you paying though."
~
"Wow, this is big spot." Shawn said, in awe of what he looking at. "Why was the building abandoned in the first place?" He questioned. Danielle was gazing at the place, not realizing that Shawn was speaking, "Huh?...oh I'm sorry. Well, uhh..your guess is as good as mines. But whatchu think?"
"Oh yeah, this is most definitely the spot for a center. Just stack that money up, and spot is yours." Danielle smiled at his statement. "I hope so." Shawn turned to Danielle and gave her a soft smile. He motioned that they leave the building, so that he can take her home. "Where ya stay at." Shawn questioned, as they were walking to the car. "Really just down the street and take a left." She pointed out to him. "Alright, well let me get you home then." He replied, opening the door for her to get in. "Thank you." She smiled. "You're welcome." The drive to Danielle's home didn't take very long being that she really stays down the street from the abandoned building. "Right here." Shawn pulled up at her house. It was nice brick house with two bedroom and one bath. Something that not everybody able to get at the age that Danielle is. "Nice place." Shawn complimented, as turned the car engine off. "Well, umm...I-I had a good time." Shawn stammered. Danielle laughed at how Shawn was stumbling on his words. "I did too." She agreed. They shared a look with one another and begin to chuckled about what had just happen. "Wow. Umm....you? Uhh...you can walk me to my door." She hesitated, opening her door. "Noo, I got your door." Shawn was the being ultimate gentlemen for Danielle that any girl would want from her man. Just like Pac, Shawn comes off aggressive demeanor, but given the chance, he's a sweetheart. "Thanks."
They made it to her doorstep and the comfortable silence started, until Danielle to speak, "I had a great time Shawn, like I really did. I cannot believe we broke into that building." She bubbled, "Hey, but it was fun though." Shawn spoke. "It was" Danielle began to digging in her purse looking for her house-key. Shawn starting chuckling to himself, as he waiting for her to find the key. "Can you find it?. He asked, "I think I got it." She spoke, still looking her key. "I found it." She said, in relieve. Shawn gave a soft laugh, "That's good. Looks like you having a little trouble there." He joked. "Hush" Danielle laughed, giving Shawn soft push on his chest. "Oh, we pushing people now."
"Yeah." Shawn begin to smile and lean toward Danielle. "Well, maybe I can pull you in, since you push me." He flirted to Danielle, as he pulled her into him. Danielle started to blush, "Is that right?" She asked, as she slowing put her hands around his neck. "Yes ma'am." He leaned in a little more and so did she, and there it was a passionate, soft kiss between the two of them.

Meanwhile Rob and Erica were in Inglewood caught in the rapture of passionate love-making, that was yearned from him and her, greatly showing how much their love for one another was truly missed. "Baby!" Erica softly moaned out, as Rob gave soft kisses up and down her neck. "What?" He mumbled, still continuing to kiss her neck. "I missed you." Erica confessed. Rob stop kissing her neck, to slowly connect his eyes to hers. "I missed you too." He replied, in the sincere and loving way you could a person. He laid down as he pulled Erica on top of him and interlocking their hands together. "C'mere." He motioned, as she leaned down and gave his soft peck on the lips. "What?." She asked. "You know I love you right." Erica nodded her head in agreement. "And, I know that throughout our relationship, I've always put through bullshit after bullshit, but baby please believe me when I say that I want us to work, I want this relationship to work, because there's nobody else that compares to you. Erica..baby.. I love you" Tears began fall from Erica's face after hearing what Rob had to say about her and their relationship. Erica has never been the one to cry about a lot things or show much emotions because throughout her life, she's always had to be the strong one in her family, but the things that Robert said really resonated and touched her heart. "Robert." She sniffed, wiping away her tears. Rob let out light chuckle because he knew Erica rarely cried about anything, so for her to do that, he knew his words meant a lot to her. "I can't believe you made me cry right now. I-I-I." She sighed, so she could get words out and not become a fistful of tears. "Rob, baby..I love you beyond words could say, you my best friend and my heart, and I'll love you no matter what." Robert lean toward Erica and embraced her "I love you too E." As much Erica tried to fight back the tears, she couldn't. "It's okay E,." Rob comforted, as he wiped her tears away and pulled them both down on the bed. "No it's not." She lightly chuckled, cuddling wrapping her arms about Rob. "Yes it is baby." He assured her, beginning to tightly embraced her petite frame. After an hour past by, Erica fell asleep with her head on Rob's chest, while Rob was going in and out of sleep, but he eventually found his way into a deep sleep, but before shutting his eyes, he thanked God for the moment he and Erica shared and turned off the lamp, and minutes later he sound asleep.

Shawnette replied, as she got off the bed stretching her arms. "Yep. You ain't slick girl." Kelly spoke. "Wooo, I'm feeling it man. This shit kicking in now. Wooo." David already was high, so the things Pac were saying, were now extra funny to him. "You can't handle it. Just give it to me."
"Who can't?" Pac questioned. "You nigga." David chuckled, positioning his body on couch, so he could go to sleep." Moments after, Pac started getting sleepy himself, so decided to way to his bed, but before he could make it to the room, he heard a knock at the door. "Fuck" He mumbled to himself, "Who is it?" Pac yelled out, standing still in his tracks before walking toward the door. "Who is it?" He yelled, getting aggravated he opened the door "Damn man, just answer the quest—"
"Hey Tupac." It was an extra on set that always went out her way to make sure she spoke to Pac and made her he noticed her. "What's up girl. Whatchu doing over here." The extra walked on the his steps and flips her hair, "I thought you could use some company." She flirted to him, as she starting rubbing his arms. Pac had a smirk on his face as he noticed the things she was doing. She leaned toward him and whispered some sweet nothings in his ear. "Let me show you a good time." Right then and there on the door steps on his trailer, she pulled off his shirt and kissed his abs, making Pac moan. "Come on girl." He grabbed her hand led her into his trailer. "David, D.." "Hold on, Someone knocking at my door." Janet walk to the door and slowly open the door. "Gary!." Janet beamed, jumping up for a hug. "Hey Janet!" Gary smiled, embracing her in for a hug. "How you doing girl?" Janet led him into her house and slowly close her door. "I'm fine. Just been relaxing on these days off. What about you? How was Toronto?." She questioned, as they made their way to the couch and sat down. "I'm good. Toronto was great, a lot of business opportunities and tv deals in the works, so we'll see where that'll take me." He answered, "You look beautiful by-the-way." Gary complimented, fixating his eyes on her natural beauty. "I look a mess, I just have on a T-shirt and sweats. But than—"
"And you look still beautiful anyways. Just a beautiful mess." He interjected, as he smiled at her. Janet began to blushed and getting happy face hearing the things that Gary were saying to her. "Thank you Gary. You've always said had nice and kind words to say." She smiled. "You're welcome, but I wasn't being nice, I was being honest." Gary spoke, having the most sincere look in his hazel-green eyes. The things that Gary were saying caught her by surprise because only just a few people in life told and complimented her like that, ones being her mother, Pac, and her siblings. "I don't know what to say." She gushed, fiddling her ears. Gary chuckled, slowly grabbing for her hand, interlocking her hand into his, using his other hand to caress her face as he lean to kiss her, as she leaned in as well, making the first kiss finally happen, their lips motion nicely together, making it slow and soft kiss, that would leave any person speechless. Janet blushed, "Umm..well, that was nice." Gary chuckled, as he caressed her cheek, "Yeah. That's was sweet. C'mere" He motioned. Janet shook her head no, being funny as she let a soft laugh. Gary leaned in, making their foreheads touch, "C'mere" he whispered, being just inches from her lips, making Janet lean in and connecting their lips for another kiss, which was a more deepened and passionate kiss than the first one. The type of kiss that send chills down your spine and can further things to another level, which caused Janet to end the kiss before things went to too far too fast. "We should probably stop." She suggested.
"Yeah, we should. Uhh...maybe I should go." He spoke, getting up from the couch. "You know you can stay" Janet implied, grabbing his hand trying to pull back on the couch. Gary starting laughing at the Janet's gesture to try to get to stay, "Janet, it's okay. Honestly." Janet sighed, "Let me at least walk out with you." Gary pulled Janet up from the couch repeatedly telling her that it's was okay, as they were walking out the door. "When you gotta go to New York?" Gary asked, stuffing his hands in his pocket as they walking to his car. "We'll leave Wednesday morning, so we can practice that night and all day Thursday until the show that night." Janet stated, "You coming to the show?" She asked him, as they approached his car. "Oh yeah. Most definitely, gotta see that show especially at the Garden." Gary beamed out, "Maybe I get front row seats." He continued to say, pulling his dreads back from his face, making Janet noticed that his dreads were freshly done, "When did you get your dreads done?" She asked, rubs her hands through his dreads. "Two days ago, but I'm thinking about cutting them." He mentioned to Janet "Why? I like your dreads. Ur cute with them." She flirted. "Uh huh...so I'm cute now." He smirked, opening his car door, stepping into his seat. "Y'know I mean you cute, you alright." She joked, trying not to laugh. Gary chuckled, "Oh I'm alright"
"Yeah." She joked, "But I wanna see you at the show now." She stated. "Oh, I'll be there. No doubt about that." He confirmed to Janet, while putting this key ignition. "Good" Janet smiled. Little did Gary know, Janet already had a surprise up her sleeve at her show, which is why she wanted to make sure he was going to be there. "You just rest up for Wednesday. I'll call you tonight."
"Alright, I see ya Thursday." Janet gushed.
~
