A New Star of Black | Aries Sirius Black

Chapter 4 | The Malfoys

Meeting the Malfoys was not what he was expecting. Hiding behind his father's legs Aries peered at the Malfoys with an intrigued look. His father pushed him forward and told him to introduce himself. Blushing he unknowingly made himself look cuter in the Malfoy eyes, they loved children and that's why they mostly hated the Weasleys, other than an old grudge from generations from before.

"H-Hello Lord and Lady Malfoy-", he started then looked at the blonde toddler in her arms. "-and mini Malfoy, my name is Aries Sirius Black. Welcome to the Black Mansion we hope you enjoy you stay here" he finished with a little bow. Making all the women in the room coo at his red chubby cheeks.

Sirius smirked his son was so going to be a ladies man. He chuckled as he watched his son try to escape the attention of doting mothers.

Sitting in front of me was none other than Draco Malfoy my old nemesis, except this one was an innocent drooling one year old. He was rather cute, crawling to my lap, I secured him between my legs as played with magical blocks with him. After a few minutes I heard a click looking up I saw it was Daddy, giving him a cheerful smile.

Lucius was absolutely smitten with the young Black he was cutest little thing. Looking up at the staring older blonde, I thought long and hard before I motioned him down.

He kneeled on his knees but I shook my head and told him to sit. Curious he obeyed me, smiling I walked over to him and started playing with hair. He tried to pull me away but I flashed him my puppy dog eyes and he backed off with a sigh. This was like a little revenge for my old Lucius Malfoy.

Braiding his hair to my best abilities, I was surprised it even came out decent with my cubby toddler fingers. I proudly showed my work to everyone I saw. Making everyone burst out laughing while Uncle Luci face burned red in embarrassment.

"Why are you laughing at uncle Luci that's not nice", I huffed playing along.  That made them laugh even harder, my daddy was rolling on the floor in laughter. Then a mischievous thought cross my mind, "Daddy, your turn", I told him before pouncing. Soon everyone was laughing, even little Draco.

Smiling at my work the embarrassed duo jokingly gave everyone a glare. Ignoring them I walked to Draco and picked him up gently before struggling to get up the couch with my short legs. Seeing me struggle Aunty Cissa helped up and told me to be careful with Draco because he was smaller than me, nodding in understanding. I held Draco firmly in my arms and gave him goofy looks making his giggle in excitement and laughter. Smiling I continued to entertain my old nemesis. He was such a cute thing.

Meanwhile all the adults in the room watched their interaction with a smile, they were so cute. Sirius quickly took many pictures of the two and added it to the growing photo album.

'My son is such a charmer, the Potters had no idea what they lost. It was their terrible loss and my happy gain', Sirius thought watching his son with a proud smile.
