"Daddy... can ask you a question?", Aries asked his father looking at his shiney black shoes. Sirius looked at his son concerned for his lack of emotions. "Yes, son", he replied.

"Why did you adopt me? Why aren't you afraid of me. A freak who can speak to snakes", Aries replied bitterly. Sirius looked at his son in shock, "ARIES!", he shouted making Aries flinch. "You are no freak, you are my baby, the Potters are freaks and if they ever call you that again, all your uncles and aunties including your grandfather and I will destroy them. You're my star. I named you Aries because that's the first Zodiac. Meaning you're first. You will always be first to me. I will always love you even if you end up hating me, I will always be there to love you".

Emotional Aries cried in his father's arms, sometimes you just need to talk about these things and let it out. Exhausted the duo fell asleep cuddling with a seven year old Aries cuddled on his fathers chest like a newborn baby.

Andromeda snuck into the room and pulled a blanket over them and taking a picture of them. Pecking both their heads, she quietly walked out the door and put the picture into a huge picture book full of pictures.

Sitting in thought, I thought about what I wanted to accomplish this second time around.

One thing for sure is that I got to protect my family, and in order to do that I need to defeat Voldemort against. Sighing, I would probably have to wait to start Hogwarts first before I can start hunting.

Hearing me sigh, my dad gave me a curious look. "I'm fine dad, I just thinking about school", I said looking at him with a reassuring smile. He gave me one back and went back to doing his paper work. As Lord Black it was expected of my father and soon it would be expected of me to do so too.

Looking outside of the window I thought about my beloved Luna, before any of this happened. We were dating only for her to get slaughtered by death eaters. Unknown to me a tear slid down my face. 'My moon, we will meet again one day', I thought smiling.
