Forges-Many-Blades stood outside the walls of Windhelm as General Tullius gave an order to the Imperial soldiers. When Legate Rikke had ordered the attack on Windhelm, Forges was both taken back by the sudden demand and eager to give Ulfric Stormcloak a taste of his own medicine. If the Empire won the war, Skyrim would be unified, the Empire would then plan to drive out the Thalmor, and slavery would be abolished- at the cost of outlawing the worship of Talos, but it wasn't that bad.
At last, General Tullius gave the order to charge. Forges unsheathed the greatsword on his back and ran into the city. There, Stormcloak soldiers charged as well in an attempt to defend the city. Blades clashed together, war cries were carried to every corner of the city, spilling out over the walls. Explosions launched from the catapults outside had caused the arch leading to the Palace of Kings had crumbled down and blocked the way. The only alternative route was filled to the brim with Stormcloak soldiers and barriers. Still, it was better than climbing the walls.
With a series of swings and blows, Forges-Many-Blades and the rest of the Imperial army cut through the Stormcloaks all the way to the Palace of Kings. Forges kicked the door open with General Tullius and Legate Rikke following behind.
"Ulfric Stormcloak, Jarl of Windhelm, leader of the Stormcloak rebellion," General Tullius began,"You have committed crimes against the Empire and are hereby declared executed. Surrender now and face public execution or resist and die by my own hand." Ulfric rose from his throne as the Stormcloak Commander next to him drew his weapon. "You made a mistake coming here, Tullius. The Stormcloaks will emerge victorious."
Sorry for the inconsistent dialogue. I'm writing this from memory...
