Later that night, Harry and Ron woke to the sound of a loud trumpet call, Conner woke Harry up and motioned for him to get dressed, as he did a sound at the door woke everyone else, there stood Clarisse in full armor and next to her stood Hermine, her face stern "you ready?" Harry nodded and grabbed his wand and scabbard from his bedside table, Ron followed him outside, it was completely dark except for torches lighting the path they all went toward the arena, as they got closer Malcom opened the door and nodded at Hermine, the group entered and sat down, Hermine went to one side of the room and got ready, she didn't even look at Harry as she sat down across from them.

Suddenly Chiron entered "Hero's prepare your self's, you all know the rules no maiming allowed, as always any and all weapons permitted...fight at your risk tonight will be a Hermes vs Athena" Harry looked up at him had he heard him right? Ron looked at Chiron did they really say that, none of them had not seen her with her wand, was she as deadly with a sword? Hermine unsheathed her sword and moved into the arena, Harry looked at Conner and then at Travis they both nodded, so he moved into the arena, while he put his hand into his pocket and felt for his wand smiling he moved closer to her, Chiron blew a horn and Harry stepped forward and with a clang of metal Hermine met him with force, then stepped back hoping she would stop and check her she kept her sword level Harry came toward her, that was just what she needed, she took a flying leap and on her way down sliced him cleanly in the left arm, he yelled and pulled out his wand and brought in in view, yells came from both sides she sow him and smiled "Harry we BOTH know who is the best "Harry's anger exploded "come on then...let's see" Hermine brought out her own wand and the two circled each other tense as a bow string, flashes of light lite the arena, everyone fell silent. What would happen, they would kill each other and no one was stopping them!
