BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Percy, Annabeth, Thalia and Nico stood on a bridge overlooking a large lake, not like the one at camp where the naiads and dryad's played sometimes but much clearer and see through. Lots of people went past them and almost ran into them, until they found themselves in a corner of the bridge that no one went to and they sat there bewildered, where were they and how where they to get home? Percy looked around and frowned everyone had red, green, yellow or blue robe's on, the four companions took this all in with confusion until Nico noticed a girl staring at them her face in a wide grin, she came closer and nodded at Annabeth and took her hand and lead her away, Percy followed and the other's did as well. The girl talked over her shoulder and said "you have not been sorted into a house yet this year... hasn't you?" Nico nodded but kept his mouth shut. the girl lead them into a large circular room that was crowded with people, Thalia looked at everyone and everything, she turned around and found Annabeth and Percy where not next to her or Nico, they shared puzzled expressions and looked around for their friends. Suddenly a loud voice yelled loud and clear "Gryphandore" "Gryphandore" Nico looked ahead of them Percy had a hat on top of his head... but it spoke then Annabeth had it as well. Nico turned away but not soon enough a boy with a black and yellow scarf on pulled them both toward the chair, Thalia went first and the thing yelled "Raven claw..." she looked confused at Nico but got off the chair then it was Nico's turn he hoped he was in the same house as Thalia or Percy but he got no such luck,"Slytherine" the hat echoed,

A boy over heard them and came over, "come on we will get you guys settled..." he stopped and frowned a girl stood looking at him "Draco Malfoy I will take my house to OUR dorm!" he nodded and pulled Nico away from the others but he pulled away angery about being told what to do, he turned to the boy in anger and curiousity "wait that house..." "Same as you, Slytherine come on we do not want to be late to classes tomorrow we need to rest and I will show you the rest of Hogwarts." Nico looked back at them he would share a room with that boy this was going to be a desaster. Draco turned to a girl with blond hair and nodded toward Thalia "go with Luna Thalia, she is one of your own kind and we will see you later" Draco and Nico walked away down the hall, Luna and Thalia looked at each other and went into a large room down the other way, when she went into the room she held her breath and couldn't believe her eyes, the entire room was drenched in blues of all shades too bad she thought, Percy would have loved this room, he should be here instead of me, she thought. Luna lead her over to a large closet full of cloths from which she picked a white shirt and black skirt and shoes, then a blue and bronze tie and then a black robe with a raven on the insignia, she put them on and then went to the mirror and hardly recognized herself in an instant, that kind of startled her Luna came up behind her and said "Thalia one person from each house will take you and your friends to the wand shop so that you have some time tomorrow to practice before classes... is that ok?" she nodded "that will be fine" she looked at herself in the mirror... had she just made a great mistake?
