BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Hermine looked back at Harry and Ron, their faces where pained, they had all slept in the same room for years and now that was all taken away from them in this strange world, she was lead into a log cabin with an owl over the door, as she entered she could not believe her eyes, it was huge, kids fell silent, the boy nodded to an empty bunk and she put her things in the drawers and looked around, one bunk caught her eye, it had a map on the ceiling books over full on the shelf then she noticed initials carved into the wood "AC?" she did it herself "who is that?" "Annabeth Chase the daughter of Athena that went with Percy and the others to your world" "oh... sorry" Suddenly a small chubby man came to the door of the cabin and called out to the boy "Malcom have you seen Percy yet he said he would come get me for campfires last night but he never did and then when I went over there to his cabin he was gone, where is he?" Malcom looked pained, Hermine nodded he must not have been at campfire to know what happened, suddenly a trap door opened and the man went away, more kids came up and went about their business but looked at her, she stood still hoping that they would not see her and ask her questions

But she had no such luck, everyone looked at them and one of the girl's looked at her and then at Malcom and said "who is she... Malcom?" "she, is your new sister and her name is Hermine she came here when we had campfire but she was claimed at dinner" some of the camper's moaned but most settled down to reading while she unpacked her bag that she had brought with her, she was not ready for what was to come.

Meanwhile, Harry and Ron where having a similar experience in the Hermes cabin, Travis and Conner had calmed Harry down after he had almost destroyed the whole cabin, he was in the process of destroying two bunks when Conner finally got a hold on him "Harry, calm down man you will be no help during capture the flag tonight if you keep this up, you need to chill..." Harry looked at him "Capture the flag, are you serious?" there was a long pause "Yes Ares and Athena are captain's" "who did w alliance with?" "Athena, so did Demeter, Apollo, and there is word that the hunters of Artemis are to join us and we all know what that means..." Harry nodded but still looked confused "when do we start?" "Right after dinner, if Mr. wants to" "who..." "Mr...Oh you have not met him yet, you will tonight, Chiron will give the signal when we are about to start" "ok, what do we do till then?" "Well Hermine told me to tell you that she and Malcom where going to the arena to practice her sword-fighting and said if you wanted to join them then you could" Harry nodded his thanks and walked away. Later Hermine and Malcom where in the arena, and she was showing him her wand, but he shook him head "that would not protect you if I came after you with a dagger even you need to lose that or you will get yourself killed, she nodded and put it away and unsheathed her sword that he had given her earlier and looked at him, what was she to do now... she was lost and she wanted to go home.
