Remus flopped down ontohis bed, a giant grin on his face. He couldn't believe he got to spend the whole day with Sirius. In fact, he spent the whole night thinking of him.

Remus opened an eye with a grunt. There was a loud banging on his front door. He let out a dramatic groan and threw his blankets off him. He slowly walked through his house until he made it to the front door. To his surprise he was greeted by a very excited Sirius.
"Rem-!"
Remus put a finger to Sirius' lips.
"Black. What time is it," Remus said slowly, not a question but a statement. Sirius gave Remus a smile and walked into his apartment. Remus rolled his eyes and followed him to his room.

Sirius pulled Remus' suitcase out of his closet and began shoving clothes inside. Once he felt he had enough, he moved on to the bathroom. Looking in the cabinet, he saw Remus' cologne.  He picked up a random bottle and sprayed some on playfully. Grabbing the cologne, a toothbrush, and a few more random things, shoving them all in the suitcase. Returning to the bedroom, he looked around and saw Remus' books and mumbling under his breath something about how much Remus liked books, he threw a few in too. Deciding he was done, he grabbed the suitcase and Remus (who'd been watching with a smile the whole time) out the door. Sirius put the suitcase in the back of the car. James and Lily were sitting in the front, so Sirius and Remus hopped in the back.
"Surprise roadtrip I assume?" Remus said, looking over at Sirius. Sirius just chuckled in response.

Remus (being very tired in the first place) started to fall asleep. His head landed on Sirius' shoulder. Sirius smelled like smoke and wet dog. Remus smiled to himself, because he knew what 'cologne' Sirius had used.

Sirius gently shook Remus to wake him up.
"Remus, we're switching. It's your turn to drive. Come on."
Remus groaned and hopped out of the car, begrudgingly heading to the driver's seat. Not too long after that, James and Lily had fallen asleep cuddlingin the backseat. Remus smiled at the sight of them, before turning his attention to Sirius. He smiled lovingly. He had pulled his dark hair into a bun, a few loose strands falling on his tan shoulders. He was wearing a Mötley Crüe tanktop and ripped jeans which were tucked into his usual pair of combat boots. Suddenly, Sirius turned the music up and starting singing along. Remus just happened to know this song, so he started to sing along. Sirius looked at him with a smile and began to jam on his air guitar. Remus and Sirius laughed and sang together until they made it to their destination. But Remus and Sirius couldn't have been happier.
