James cannonballed right next to Remus and Sirius, causing a giant wave to fall over them. Sirius laughed as James frantically swam away. Both him and Remus thought Sirius would be chasing after James. However, to everyone's surprise, Sirius stayed holding Remus up with a smile on his face.
"Bring it!" Lily yelled, getting on James' shoulders.
"Oh, you're going down," Sirius shot back, as Remus got on his.
"Let's go!" James shouted lurching forward. Lily, however, lost her balance. Sirius went to move out of the way, but Remus was knocked down, falling into Sirius' arms. Sirius was now carrying Remus bridal style as they laughed together, James and Lily arguing in the background.
The four sat on the grass, looking up at the stars. Lily yawned and stood up. James quickly followed her. They said their goodbyes and headed back inside. Remus and Sirius scooted towards eachother. Closer than normal friends, but not quite as close as a couple. Sirius placed his hand next to Remus', their fingers just barely touching. Remus watched the stars and Sirius watched Remus. Remus laughed and pointed to the sky.
"Make a wish."
Sirius looked up at the shooting star that flew across the night sky.
"I wish for you."
