A Suckers Bet

(Tsuki POV)

Jiraiya: "I'll say it once again the Village has chosen you to become the Fifth Hokage... So what your answer?" There was a long painful pause before she answered.

Tsunade: "Impossible... I decline." Naruto and Tsunade's assistant looked shocked at the answer. But Jiraiya continued smirking the whole time.

Jiraiya: "You know that's funny.. I remember you saying those words the first time I asked you out."

Naruto: "Would some one tell me what's going on!? You said that we would bring her back to the village to cure Sasuke and Kakashi Sensei! The you pulled a snuff about making her Hokage! Then she goes and refuses it."

Tsuki: "Don't worry Naruto this has been thought a head off. She will accept her destiny to become the Hokage." I gave him a smile. ("Oh no I'm starting to sound like Neji! Destiny this Destiny that.")

Tsunade: "Hah! Carry on thinking that kid! These two apprentices' are nothing like your last one Jiraiya he a fool and the one with the white hair is a know it all."

Jiraiya: "To be fair it would be hard for anyone to measure up to that standard but I will have you know that Tsuki here has mastered and perfected the rasengan. Where Naruto is on the last step for mastering it as well. But the Fourth Hokage showed these signs as well so all I am saying is don't underestimate them Tsunade."

Tsunade: "Oh sure but that didn't save him from dying a early death. Throwing his life away for the village. Money is one thing but a life is another, to risk your life against all the odds well that's a suckers bet."

Tsuki: ("Well guess I'm a sucker since Madara back their could of killed me in a instant even when he was holding back..")

Jiraiya: "Sounds to me that you have changed Tsunade, I don't know what's happened to make you like this but to say such things out loud." She gave off a ominous vibe after that.

Tsunade: "Don't forget I'm not as young as I look, the years have taught me a great deal. Sarutobi Sensei too should have known better. What did he expect trying to be a hero at his age." Naruto's fist started to clench up and she was getting on my nerves as well. "Playing at Hokage count me out its a fools game."

Tsuki + Naruto: "THATS IT!! Never make fun of the Old man!" We both launched of the table, I aimed at her face with a left hook while Naruto went for a kick. Just before they could land we were grabbed from behind by Jiraiya.

Tsunade: "You the blond one you have guts if nothing else and Tsuki I believe? Anyway I think I'm breaking through that calm demeanor of yours. Lets take this out side."

(Time skip to outside)

Tsunade: "One of the legendary Sannin taking on two snotty nosed Gennin? I ought to be ashamed of my self."

Tsuki: "Actually you will only be taking on Naruto I'm sitting this out." She smirked

Tsunade: "A wise choice." I chuckled

Tsuki: "I know I wouldn't want you to get overwhelmed."

Tsunade: "Oh Yeh well I'll take down your friend with one finger."

Naruto: "Oh Yeah??!!" He charged and her with impeccable speed.  But alas he was not fast enough. Tsunade quickly took the Kunai he was holding out of his hand flicked his head band of his head and with one flick sent him flying backwards. Once he had recovered she smirked.

Tsunade: "One question before you pass out. What makes you so touchy about Hokage?" Naruto picked his head band up and tied it around again.

Naruto: "Its because unlike you that's my goal. Just watch someday I will be Hokage. Remember this.. to be Hokage that's my dream." As soon as he uttered those words Tsunade dropped her guard. Naruto took this opportunity to start to form the incomplete rasengan. This surprised Tsunade even more. Just before it could hit she quickly hit the floor with her index finger sending Naruto flying backwards.

Tsunade: "Jiraiya I though you were bluffing when you said that this kid had nearly completed the rasengan. Still though giving him false hope is just cruel he will never become Hokage."

Naruto: "Oh yeah, well just you wait I'll have this jutsu down in three days!" I started to give off a little bit of a smile.

Tsunade: "Watch what you say kid I might just hold you to it." Naruto chuckled and I felt my grin grow wider.

Naruto: "I said it and I never go back on my word! Because that's my Nindo my Ninja way!"

Tsunade: "Well then care to make a bet on it? I will give you one week and if you can master that Jutsu by then I will admit I'm wrong and your worthy of becoming Hokage I will even throw in my necklace. How ever if you don't master it in a week you will admit I was right and I get the money in froggy." She pulled out Naruto's wallet from her pocket.

Tsuki: "Ok ill join in on this as well how about if Naruto wins the bet you will become Hokage and tell me every thing you know about Madara Uchiha. But if you win you can take sell me to one of the Clans or Villages. I will be worth allot because of my Kekkei Genkai." She smirked once again.

Naruto: "I agree to those terms, though I'm not sure about you Tsuki."

Tsunade: "Then the bet is set I will be seeing you guys in a week, And Tsuki was it? Get some rest you have serious chakra burns all over your hands. If you keep going at this rate I won't be able to sell you off." I look down to see that she is correct. My hands were covered with burns.

Kanashimi: "I can't help heal these we really overdid it creating that jutsu.. Get some sleep." At that point everything faded to black and I fell to the floor as Tsunade walked off.
