Y/N POV:
I stretched my body and released a long yawn before sticking my head back into the sheets. A part of me told me that I couldn't stay here all day while the devil in me convinced me to do what pleases me. The devil wins again.
Before I could perfectly sink into the warm blankets, I felt a familiar wet tongue against my face and 4 paws stepping all over me.
"Bonnie go away...." I mumbled while protecting my face from her kisses.
Right..I haven't walked her in almost a week. Leaving a dog loose to roam around a huge house isn't the same as taking her out into the sun for fresh air. I should know that.
"Ugh, I'm such a bad owner aren't I." I sighed while removing the blankets from my head and running my hands through her coat. Returning a few hugs.
I pulled myself out of bed and stepped onto the cool wood.
It's 3:30? What the heck? A minute ago it was 10 am.
I slugglishly walked into the bathroom and washed my face in cold water before changing clothes. I pulled on a short white skirt and a baby pink longsleeve blouse. I sat down on the stool by the vanity and looked into the mirror.
I applied a thin layer of BB cream, light red lip tint and eyeliner. I carefully unknotted my hair and curled the ends, and let it lay down my shoulders. As soon as I stood up from the vanity, I connected the leash to her collar and stepped out the door.
The cool breeze blew softly through my hair and I felt the warmth of the sun, which was now lower in the sky hitting the surface of my skin. The beautful golden glow of the sun illuminated the evening sky, Sending rays of pinks, light blues and purples into the sky. The cute chime of her collar as she takes each step send memories through me, of growing up with that sweet sound. Making me forget how lonley my life would be without her.
In a few minutes, I could hear the sounds of children laughing and playing. As soon we step into the park, several little children immediatly rush over to me to pet Bonnie.
"Noona..May I pet your puppy?" A cute little boy asked me, His cheeks a red from running and his two front teeth are missing. How adorable. His three other friends also came with him in hopes to pet her too.
"She's a little too old be a puppy, But go ahead." I said smiling at how their faces it up when I said they could pet her.
"Noona, You're pretty." Said one of the little boys while lifting his head all the way up at get a look at my face.
"Aww, Thank you sweetie." I said as I reached to pinch his cheeks.
"My eomma is calling me, Bye noona and noonas puppy." The boys said stuttering as they all turned around and ran back to greet their parents.
I smiled and walked over to the bench, I bent down and unclipped the leash from her collar and watched her run around the park, releasing all the energy she had. As Bonnie roamed freely around the park, I pulled my journal to write down a few things that happened over the course of the week.
Before I could put pen to paper, I looked up and saw a large dog just like bonnie staring back at me.
"Where did you come from?" I asked myself as my eyes searched around the park for a worried face, hoping to see the owner of this beautiful dog.
I reached into my bag to grab one of Bonnie's treats. I placed the treat onto my hand and reached out to the dog. I felt its nose graze my palm softly as it slowly took the treat into its mouth, being careful not to hurt me. I reached out and pet its soft fur, and the dog nuzzled up into my hands, welcoming me to pet it more.
