Fiery’s P.O.V.
Looking at the people as they try to hear my heartbeat, I was focused on my blood and a spell in my head. Bending over to the desk next to me, I waited for their reaction.
After two minutes has gone by and they finally made a reaction to my question. Jumping out their seat, except for Tqed with his injuries, they all looked at me like I was a new discovery. Yet one that can explode in their face any minutes.
Jasmine pointed at me with shaken hands. “Y-you… have n-n-no h-heart beat. Why?!” Grabbing her hair in confusion, I can hear in her mind that she is trying to reason herself to not faint right now.
Shrugging at her, I smiled under my mask. “You know for a vampire, you are taking this as a shocker. I know that you have beating hearts, at moments, and all, but still.” Remembering the spell, I started drawing it out on the desk in my blood.
“I am confused here. Can you just explain why you have no beating in your chest right now, cause from what I can see, you were bleeding just a while ago.” Tqed said, his aura was weak but firm. Seems that the damage I cause him, he could not handle it at the moment.
Laughing at them, I tried to think of a way so people like them can understand.
‘Honest is the true way, but is a double sided blade. Use it well.’ Hearing Vita’s voice drift in my mind, I can tell he used a lot of his energy to get through to my just now. Taking that to mind, I turned myself to face the people here and got serious for once since I got here.
“What I will tell you is nothing but the truth. If you don’t believe in my words, just know that I was made to never lie when given a question. But I can twist the truth if directed towards my owner. He does not want you guys to know what he is in the real world. So, do you still want to hear what I have to say?”
Silence filled the room. Everyone looked troubled with their choices, however they all turned to me with an aura of confidence and concern towards me. That one emotion had me proud of my decision to trust them.
Sigh. “Okay then. But please don’t vomit okay.” After I said that , everyone’s aura showed confusion. Ignoring them for a moment, I finished the circle spell and focused on my power. Forging the energy to my hands, I clapped and started the chant.
“Skins thick as earth. Blood thin as water. Breath free as air. Body warm as fire. Reveal what is under us. I react.” I watched as my power moved towards my blood circle and mixed together. The circle slowly darken and soon piled off the desk and floated in the air. Cupping around the circle, I directed it towards my chest, right above my chest. The moment it touched my skin, it burned my skin and dissolve my skin in the circle.
The first to make a sound was Violet. Tapping into her mind, I was able to look through her eyes to watch as the circle acted as a glass and showed my heart. There was writing wrapped around my heart, even the outline of a chain squeezing it.
Violet stepped up closer to my body, watching through her eyes, I was able to see her reach a hand out towards my heart.
“If you want, you can touch it, it won’t hurt me in any way. It’s numb right now because of the chanting of the spells two times today.” I can see myself smile through the mask, though my mouth was covered, I can see the outline of it.
Reaching her hand in, I see her carefully touching my heart but all I feel is a slight tingling in my chest like a small cough in my throat. Pulling back her hand, I pulled back into my head and out her mind.
