I shiver and groan
with ever-present despair.
Why did you betray me?
I loved you,
I gave you everything I have,
my diamonds,
my strength,
my balance.
But now I have nothing left,
All alone enduring
the ice
of your lies.
The cold creeps through
my veins
slowly freezing
my consciousness once again,
And as I fall in the brink
of agonizing sleep,
I thought that maybe,
I shouldn't have given
everything I have to you.
