oh how they were so different. their passions were so different.
one was indifferent to the other,
but once they paid attention to each other,
it was a one in a million just like when stars align.
"search up what a metaphor is," mark looked at him blankly.
"do you think i'm that dumb that i don't know what it is?"
mark's eyebrows perched.
"i think you are perfect as is. i'm sorry if i offended you for trying to make you feel special to me."
"i never strive for perfection. it's overrated. you described me quite accurately actually. weeds are everywhere, common. at that certain time the one weed might be special but in reality, its just like the rest of the world. move on, minhyungie hyung."
donghyuck grabbed his physics book from his locker and walked the other direction to mark.
he cursed mark for making him feel this way. guilt.
to him, he lost a valuable person in life, however to mark, he just lost a few words out of his many chapters to come.
to mark, maybe he was just an interesting plot for his chapters in life. a small phase. the feeling of attraction,
:place which draws visitors by providing something of interest or pleasure.
in this case, donghyuck was a person who drew mark as he could talk about their interests together.
ever since mark talked to donghyuck and befriended him, he was flowing with ideas and stories to write. he had never gotten so much inspiration from a person before.
mark was just using donghyuck like a sponge.
he drained out of all him to fulfil his needs until he dried out.
bittersweet if you think about it in reality.
the two high school teenagers slowly drifted apart when they craved each other so much.
