mark and donghyuck grew further away from each other.
it was as if mark was right. donghyuck was the sun, everyone revolved around him. he was too bright.
too bright for mark.
it wasn't one of those cliche stories where they were make up and become best friends again.
this was reality.
the atmosphere between them was awkward and quiet now.
"hey mark, do you want to come with us to the carnival this weekend?" jaemin smiled.
he nodded slowly before looking at donghyuck. he was busy with renjun and jisung, he didn't even pay attention.
he wasn't the donghyuck he knew from the start. he changed.
and mark changed him.
sometimes, change was a good thing. in this case, it wasn't for mark.
mark gritted his teeth together as he walked away from the trio.
he didn't catch donghyuck glancing at his new blonde hair that was curled to perfection.
a/n VERY SHORT CHAPTER I KNOW. this was just a build up for the next chapter. thank you guys for actually staying with me through this shitty book 😂.

Fanfictionoh how they were so different. their passions were so different. one was indifferent to the other, but once they paid attention to each other, it was a one in a million just like when stars align.
