Bella wasn't a normal girl to me. She was a beautiful, smart, talented, artistic girl who I was in few classes with. We were always close, since we were five really. During high school I started going to a group for people who thought they might be gay or lesbian or bi-sexual ect. It was her idea.

"It's to help you find a better group, Lia," she would tell me as we walked to class.

"I don't think that's my kind of group, Bella. My group is you, Cas and Ellie. I don't need anyone else."

"Come on, Lia."

And so I would go. But the one day, I was surprised when I saw her in our group.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"I thought I'd come and support you today. I mean, I'm kinda forcing you here so I might as well see why you hate them."

I laughed and hugged her. We sat down in the guidance office and waited for the meeting to start. Our counselor Mr. Duncan walked in and everyone sat down.

"Alright everyone, lets get started. I see a new face today! So, why don't we go around and introduce ourselves and a fact about us!"

Everyone went when it came to me and Bella.

"I'm Lia, I'm a lesbian and I hate being here."

I looked over at Bella and smiled. I knew Duncan was gonna come straight back to me.

"I'm Bella. I'm just here to support Lia who is my best friend."

"Well, I'm glad your here Bella. Now Lia," Duncan said, "care to explain your dislike of being here?"

"Well, this is just dumb to me. I'm only here because it makes Bella feel better. She thinks you all will be my friends when I'm fine with my three best friends."

I sat against my chair madly. Mr. Duncan was a douche bag. But then I felt a hand take mine. It was Bella.

"I was planning on coming out to one of my best friends later. Telling her that I'm in love with her.."

Bella smiled at me and looked at our hands.

"I'm in love with you Lia."
