- Harper E. Pierce
Bucky's birthday was coming up soon, and Dani had no clue what to get him. She had asked her boyfriend a few times about what he had wanted, but he had said not to worry about it. She had asked Steve too, but he wondering the same thing. The old, 1940s Bucky would've wanted something small, like a night at the bar with some buddies, or to a movie. But he wouldn't really like something like that now.
Clint and Sam had decided that it would a great idea for the Avengers to all go on a spring break vacation together as well. The team seemed to like the idea, especially because of all the places they could go. Half of them wanted to go on a European vacation or an Asian vacation, to take pictures and come across some history of the world, look for some adventure. Most of them had been to Europe before, but hadn't really toured around it; they most went for work.
But the other half of them wanted to go an island and relax, and maybe do some partying. They all had been bickering about it for a week. Dani wasn't opposed to either idea, she just found it so annoying that they were all constantly fighting about it, so for the past day and a half, she had been researching places that would convince her to pick a side. Until a light bulb finally came on.
Hawaii. It was the perfect option. It was a series of islands, with amazing beaches and beautiful resorts, with a nice mix of history, adventure and culture around the volcanoes, movies that were filmed there, and the nature. And everyone on the team would get to pick one thing that everyone had to do. All she had to do now was
pitch the idea.
It was almost eight thirty in the morning, which meant that in an hour, everyone would be having a big breakfast together. It was Sunday, after all. Dani showered, dried her long curled hair and put it up in a high ponytail, and put on a long sleeved baby blue coloured cropped top, with a pair of dark blue high waisted designer skinny jeans, and a pair of four inch black suede platform booties. She put on a light pink lipstick and dark brown eyeshadow. Dani checked the time; nine twenty-five. Perfect timing.
"Miss Stark, your presence is requested on the team floor, for breakfast." FRIDAY told her.
"Thank you FRIDAY." She replied, making her way to elevator, and stepping out of it quickly, as her floor was just two floors below the teams penthouse.
"Good morning, young apprentice." Tony greeted her.
"Hi dad." Dani kissed him on the cheek. She turned to the breakfast bar. "So I have and idea for our vacation,"
"Go on." Thor said.
"How about we go to Hawaii, and stay in the Stark Mansion in Waikiki? There's enough room for all of us."
"It's an island! I don't want to go and just relax, I want to see things, go on adventures, and I know that a few others do too." Wanda remarked. One half of the group nodded in agreement.
"That's where it gets better; there's mountains, volcanoes, tropical forests, it offers hiking across mountains and volcanoes, zip lining, horseback riding, diving, speed boating, snorkeling, and a bit of relaxing on the beach." She mentioned. As she went on, their faces began to light up with things they liked.
"But there's also one thing I want us to do; every one of us must pick one activity that the whole group has to do. We should be there for about two and a half weeks." She suggested.
