Vic decided to take me to see a horror movie. Thanks Vic. He knew how much I hated horror movies, I get scared way too easily so I never watch them. Long story short, I hid my face in Vic's chest most of the time. I hope he didn't mind, but he is the one who took me to a horror movie.
When the movie was over, I was super thrilled, I didn't want to be in that theater anymore! as soon as possible I rushed out of the theater and waited for Vic. When he finally came into view I ran toward him and hugged him tightly, believe it or not, I was scared.
"I hate you Vic! You know I get scared easily and now I'm afraid that we'll get killed!" I said into his chest, he chuckled.
"Hey beautiful, nothing is going to kill us okay? It's a fake movie meant to scare people. Let's just go to the beach after we get lunch, okay?" I nodded slowly.
When Vic started walking, I linked my arms with his and stayed as close to him as possible. Damn I was scared. Vic and I walked over to a Mexican restaurant that was close to the movie theater. I never left his side, I even wanted to sit next to him in the restaurant so I would feel safer.
I just got a taco but Vic got an enchilada. I didn't want to leave his side at all. Yes, I was still scared as hell. What? Don't judge! When Vic and I finished eating, we went to the beach. By this time, I finally let go of Vic. I pulled my tee shirt off, same with my jeans and put on some sun screen.
I watched as Vic walked into the water but quickly run out, claiming it as 'freezing cold'. Oh the reasons why I like Vic. I stood up to go buy myself a smoothie when I felt a hand on my waist and someone's hot breath on my neck.
"I like this swimsuit on you Paige," Vic whispered into my ear, causing a chill to go up my spine.
I turned around and looked into Vic's deep brown eyes. We just stood there for a minute before Vic turned and walked toward the water again. What the hell was that all about? I started walking toward the smoothie shack when I felt someone pick me up and throw me over their shoulder. I screamed, causing Vic to chuckle.
"Vic! Put me down now!" I demanded.
"Nope! You haven't ever touched the water!" Vic said as he started running toward the water.
"Vic! Don't you dare do it! You'll regret it!" Before I knew it, both Vic and I were in the water.
When I was above the water again, I saw Vic smirking at me. "What did you say? I'm going to regret doing that? What are you going to do?" I splashed water at his face. "Hey! That got in my mouth!" Vic pouted.
"I told you that you'd regret it." I said as I smiled at him.
I swam toward him and hugged him. "Thank you Vic, today has been the most fun I've had in ages. Sure you took me to a horror movie and I was afraid to leave your side, but it was fun." I whispered into his ear.
"It's okay Paige, we can do this more often if you want. I enjoy seeing you smile." Vic whispered back. I smiled and hid my face into the crook of his neck.
"I would love that except next time don't take me to see a horror movie. Please." saying this caused Vic to chuckle.
"But you're cute when you're scared." Vic whined.
