Her honey filled voice hums toon as she cooks breakfast.
She wants to surprise him since lately he hasn't been sticking around for breakfast.
Although they don't officially live together, he spends the night quite often at her place.
She thinks it's because he loves her.
He knows it because his thoughts are eating him alive and he needs a distraction.
But he doesn't have the heart to tell her.
It's like he doesn't have a heart at all.
But she doesn't notice.
Her heart is so full of love that she can never see the bad in people.
To him she was the perfect target.

A huge and pure smile takes over her face as arms wrap around her waist.
His toned chest is pressed against her back.
She looks up and meets his eye.
He looks down at her and smiles gently and beautifully.
"Good morning." His deep voice greets.
She turns around so they're chest to chest.
She stands on her toes and kisses his cheek.
"Good morning. Can you stay for breakfast?" She asks.
His smiles falters when he sees how much hope resides in her eyes.
He can't say no to her when she looks at him like he's her whole world.
"Of course." He whispers and pecks her lips so carefully as if she might fall apart if he makes a wrong move... which is partially true.
He lets go of her and begins to walk to the living room.
He pauses when he hears her voice call out his name.
"Tae."
"Yes?"
Their eyes meet.
"I love you." She says breaking eye contact and looking down at her hands.
A pitiful chuckle leaves his lips.
"I know you do."
And with that he walks away.
