"Everyone we love is dead Frank. They're gone and ain't ever coming back right?"
He shakes his head with clenched teeth, looking away in attempt of un-interest to the point I was making.
"Right Frank?" I raise my voice, my tone sounding harsh whil...
"Here, I got it." I throw my cloth in my sink stepping towards Frank as his attention snaps over to me.
He looks over my rather injury free frame, nodding toward the ground. "Guess I took most of the hits this time."
My eyes flicker over him, smiling faintly looking down. The smile diminishes just as quickly as I glance back up to him, locking eyes.
"Yeah usually it's been the other way around." Our gazes linger on each other for a second longer than would normally be okay, before I cautiously take the needle from him, carefully finishing the stitch job.
I finish, snipping through the thread with scissors, tossing the leftover bloody material and needle in the sink before taking a step back. Frank's head turns towards me, giving me a thankful nod.
His eyebrows scrunch together as he shakes his head back at the ground regretfully. "I-I didn't know."
"Don't." I cut him off, tilting my head up at him. "Don't do that to yourself Frank." His gaze connects to mine, softening slightly into me. I press my lips together before looking past him for a moment, giving him a weak nod through a sorrowful expression. "You know the worst part of betrayal, it never comes from an enemy."

I kick the door in, smashing into Bill's back making him loose his footing and stumble forward. I duck low, my foot swings around my spinning body, knocking the gun with my heel from his grip before having a chance to regain his bearings.
Jumping on his back I give him no time to react, wrapping an arm tightly and locking it around his neck. He wraps his hand over mine immediately, standing straight to his full stature bringing me higher off the ground.
He turns violently, failing to loose my grip before letting a groan of anger out and rushing backwards towards the wall.
I shake his hands off me, sliding off his back through his legs just in time to save mine from hitting the hard cement wall. He lets a groan of pain out as I scramble forward on all fours scooping up his nearby gun, pushing myself up to my feet and turning with the weapon immediately pointing up at him.
He pauses momentarily giving me a nod, almost of approval, before letting a short breath out glancing below us. "I can see why Frank's kept you around."
"I should've killed you when I had the chance." My eyes stay glued to him, not once blinking. "Your eyes." I scoff with a breathy chuckle, shaking my head slightly. "Your eyes gave you away."
A smug smile overcomes his lips, as I clench my teeth, slipping my finger onto the trigger.
