3rd Person P.O.V.
“Come on Austin! Please, oh please Austin do this for me!” Asked a 5 year old girl with blonde hair wearing a purple dress. (Princess Sofia’s dress to be exact) She pouted her lips grabbing onto her big brothers black suit.
He turned his head to his sister sighed and turn away to continue walking then said, “I already said no Jen. Now leave me alone. I have stuff to do.”
The girl let go letting her head hang down as little sniffles came out of her mouth. The boy looked annoyed as he looked back at his sister. “Jenna, you know I have to study for my exams. I’m sorry I can’t” It was there where little Jenna started to let tears fall from her eyes. She made sure to cry only loud enough for her brother to hear.
The big brother rolled his eyes, turning around kneeling on a knee to grab a hold of her pulling her into a hug. She kept sniffling letting the tears run down. He asked her to stop but she shook her head saying “NO. No one will play tea with me and I’ve grown tired playing with just my stuffed animals and dolls. I want company of a real person but no I can’t have that!” She then let go and ran back to her secret play room crying.
“Jen, Please.” Austin said following her to her room. As he entered he saw her crying sitting in her chair. He sighed and took a seat next to her. “If I play tea, will you stop crying?” but even with his offer she didn’t stop crying but it became louder. “Look!” he said grabbing the pot which contained the tea poring it into 4 cups. “See I’m playing with you. So please stop crying okay?”
His sister looked up with tears staining her eyes and spoke, “But you’re not wearing a dress Aust.”
Austin stopped what he was doing to stare at his sister strait in her face “I am not, repeat not wearing a dress.” Tears swelled up again as the crying continued. “Ah, Fine Jen. I’ll be right back. ”And so Prince Austin got up to find one of his sisters dresses. He took off his prince suit leaving his underclothing on. When he had the dress on, of course it was too small.
“Jenna! I need a longer one and one that isn’t to fluffy. If I’m going to wear a dress I want to look good in it at least.” He said looking at himself in a mirror.
“Hold on!” Yelled Jen from the other side of the room, “I’ll be back! I’m going to get on of mom’s night gowns!” Austin groaned as he continued to look at himself. As he turned side to side in his sister’s dress, he thought how pretty he felt in it. He wondered why only girls were allowed to wear such flowy dresses as men had to wear pants and jackets all the time. He felt free in a dress and when his sister brought him his mother’s night gown, he just wanted to twirl in circles to music as he and his sister sang.
And he did this for weeks with his sister instead of staying on his studies. He loved the feeling of being free with his sister. He felt innocent as they sat at the small table with a bunch of stuffed animals and dolls around them. He wanted nothing more to always feel like this but of course it had to come to an end.
Austin and Jenna were playing around as if they were queen of Fluffy Jump Top, (A pile of pillows in the corner of the room) but with the swing of the doors, their cousins Tyler and Michael walked in on the siblings. Austin stopped in mid hop with cheeks burning red as he saw the expressions on his cousin’s faces. He was frozen still looking into their eyes with desperation of them not telling on him to his father.
Tyler and Michael began to walk backwards saying “Ohh you got it coming for you Austin. Ohhhhhh your’re so in trouble with your dad.”
“Wait! No!” Austin ran toward the two knocking them down. “Don’t tell him! I’m as of dead if you do.”
