Magic of Football

 Magic of Football

You are on one side.

I am on the other.

Two sides of the ball.

But as they do their

Magic with football.

We are no longer two,

We are united by spirit,

cheering for the same team,

chasing the same goal.

Continents and seas that

divide us become nothing.

One football and one team

unites us. For one team

we are united as one.

They scream in the stadium

But our cheers miles away,

Trust me, are none the less

loud. We cheer as one.

Whole world united.

One game. One goal.

That’s the magic of football.
