Chapter Six

No Ones P.O.V

Sana didn't know what to expect when she put the tape in. As she put on her headphones, She was a little confused.

But what she heard made a tear fall.

"Hey. If Everything went right, This would be delivered to Sana right after my funeral." She heard a voice say. She recognized it. It was Jihyo.

Why would she make a tape? She already wrote a note.

"Jihyo," Sana softly said as she put her hand to her mouth, Letting tears fall down her cheeks.

"Now your probably wondering what this is. Or maybe why I killed myself. I'll get into both of those very soon. Let's start off with what this is. Let me tell you the 9 reasons why I killed myself. This is hard to say, But you guys were the reasons."

Us? The reasons? How could that be? We all loved her, What could we ever do?

"This isn't in any order. But let's start off with you Sana. Do you remember when we met on Sixteen? How we were so close? Do you remember how you stopped talking to me when I got the most hate?"

Jihyo's words broke her heart. It was true. Sana remembered how she didn't talk to Jihyo when she got the most hate. She didn't want to ruin her image.

"I remember when we first met. You were so kind and happy. I wished to be like you. Happy like you, Pretty like you, Talented like you. But then you left me. Do you remember?"

It was mid 2015. Sixteen had just started. A young Sana met someone who she would soon call her best friend. Jihyo.

They bonded. Acted like sisters. They even gave each other advice on the show.

It wouldn't last long.

Jihyo has noticed how after all the hate she got, Sana soon distanced herself. She didn't want her image ruined as well.

"Sana! Why aren't you talking to me anymore?" Jihyo has finally gotten Sana to talk to her.

She didn't know it, But Sana was extremely sorry.

She didn't know it, But Jihyo's Heart was broken in two.

"I don't want hate. I'm sorry, I really am. But I've been told to not talk to you. I can't ruin my image."

That pissed Jihyo off.

"Image? Literally what image? You are on the same level as me! Do t act like your a queen! You didn't even do anything for your audition, You Did aegyo and got in! I worked my ass off but you somehow got in! I would say it's cause your cute but have you looked in the mirror-"

Jihyo let her anger and sadness take over. She wasn't thinking. Neither was Sana.

"Everyone on this show is prettier than you are! You can't sing either! I have more talent in my pinky toe than you do in your hole body! It's a wonder how you got here."

Sana stormed off. Jihyo leaned against the wall and let it out.

She considered her to be a friend. A sister almost. She knew she said rude things, But it still hurt her.

They made up midway through the show and remained friends. Not nearly as close as they were. Sana got a new best friend. Jihyo was replaced.

"And that's why. You replaced me and made me feel like trash. I knew you were mad, But it's the truth. You really are a good person Sana. I'm sorry I got into your life. I hope you make more friends, Friends who are better than me. You deserve better."

That's when the tape ended.

That's when Sana realized that's the last time she could hear Jihyo speak.

That's when Sana lost it crying.

That's when it all started.
