Chapter 5

I'm backkkk so let's start:D

Emily's POV

"Well, Emily you're beautiful."

WHAT did he just say? Am I dreaming? WAIT I doubt he is serious...

"OH UMM IM SORRY I MEAN THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL NOT YOU BUT NOT SAYING YOU ARENT ugh I'm really sorry Emily...*sigh* " Darren's face was almost as red as a tomato, but I just laughed my heart out. When he saw me laughing, I guess he calmed down and started laughing with me. That was the very first time I saw his very carefree side. Suddenly, my phone vibrated, spoiling the mood between us. I took my phone and saw a message from Trish, saying that we need to go back and report back to the hall for the finale item. Gosh, why did she need to text me when we were having such a beautiful moment? "Hey, sorry to ruin the mood, but we need to go... I'm sure you will do great later during your saxophone solo. I have faith in you."

Darren's POV

"Hey, sorry to ruin the mode, but we need to go... I'm sure you will do great later during your saxophone solo. I have faith in you." Those words Emily said rung in my head, and I never forgot them ever since. I gave her a quick smile and we left and went to the hall. On the way up, our hands accidentally touched, causing me to blush, and I think she did too.

When we were at the hall, Emily went straight for Trisha and the girls. I'm guessing that she wants to tell them everything, but I don't know if she has a crush on me, or IF I have a crush on her. As we went up on stage, I did not really have a choice but to stand near her as the kids there stood at the place I was supposed to stand. Somehow during the performance, we seemed to forget every single thing that happened just now; from my weird answer to our hands touching. We really had such a wonderful time.

The concert was over and we were packing up. I heard Emily calling The Impromptus to stay for a group photo. But before we took the group photo, Emily approached me and asked if the both of us could take a photo, just the two of us. I could tell she was blushing but I did not want to tell her. To make things worse, Hannah, Helen and even Chris went to make hand hearts in our photo, making us seem like we were in love. I was a little overwhelmed but thankfully, we found a picture that did not have the hand hearts. That was the photo we posted. The both of us. Anyways, they took the group photo for The Impromptus, and then we all bid our farewells and left the concert hall.

Emily's POV

Ok, so just now during the finale, Darren was great!! But one thing, HE WAS STANDING REALLY CLOSE TO ME WHAT. I remembered that he was trying to snap his fingers to the beat and we somehow looked at each other eye to eye and started laughing. He somehow agreed to take a picture with me!! Oh well, today was such a wonderful day and I spent so much time with Darren. Wait... Did I spend so much time with Darren? I started to blush for no good reason.

When we (my whole fam) were home, my mom and I went for dinner. When we went to the food court, we saw my dad's sister. We sat with her and had dinner with her. I somehow managed to finish my food pretty quickly. I decided to whip out my phone and check my chats. I realised that the group chat 'The Impromptus' had some photos sent. I opened it and as I sent my message, the conversation started.
