I went to greet all my step mothers as my sisters in school the house was so quiet I went to my room an I said my prayers and I went to baba's side so I could have my dinner , I had my food with my mothers and father on the dinning table it was every interesting sight mummy and hajj inna on side then maama and aunty on the other side baba was seated at the head of the table then I sat at the other end . We had a every quiet dinner until my father broke the silence and said to me Ahmed wai when are you getting married we have been patient for quiet a long time hajj inna chiped in she said Wallahi baba na I think you should get us a wonderful daughter in law , aunty smiled and then seconded the motion mummy and mama simply said in unison if you don't have a girlfriend please tell us we would get a beautiful girl they all laughed and then mummy said Ahmedi you know I know your type she laughed, I smiled and then I said I'm just 27please you people should give more time in fact I haven't turned 27and you people are putting so much pressure on me .

Ahmed" ka tashi baba yelled it was already 5:45 my alarm didn't wake me up and I was running late for fajr prayers , i quickly performed my ablution then I went to mosque to pray with my dad it was already 6:30 am when my dad said ai sai ka tashi mutafi gida" on our way back we had a pleasant conversation baba said " Mallam ahmed ka ga da yanzu kana da mata ai she would have helped in waking you up for sallat I laughed o baba you men you have four alarm clocks is that what your trying to tell me baba replied " Mallam ahmed that's not what I'm trying to insinuate but then you need a partner . And I just laughed on we arrived to house I quickly went to hajja inna's quarters out of all four wives she was the early bed so I know I would get breakfast that early I went into her kitchen an saw her and she smiled and said babana your back already ?!
Your food is on the dinning table I made your favorite " I quickly said thank you to hajja inna as I went to enjoy my kings breakfast. My dad wasn't going to eat there today so I had everything to my self . After eating I went to my daddy's quarters and he said Mallam ahmed were going to attend a wedding today by 12 sharp please don't be late work with time . I said ok as I went to my mother's quarters to greet her . Mama was still in bed I went and woke her up she was upset with me but then she said ya na iya da Kai ahmadun mama. Just us we were talking mummy came into mama's room and she saw me I quickly greeted then they both attacked with the marriage issue mummy suggested that they should hook me up with there friends daughter hajiya zainab' s daughter aisha is like the best bet for me she's my kind of girl light skinned small body structure and she's just the kind of girl I would like and I agreed . They were both excited.but I just had mixed feelings I mean I'm just trying to make my parents happy I left those to continue with their chit chat as I entered aunty' s quarters to greet her I saw my dad there he was reading the papers and aunty was cutting his toe nails , he smiled at me and I greeted aunty and I quickly went out . My dad is a very funny man there was a time I asked why he married aunty despite the fact that he had already made plans that he wasn't going to marry a fourth wife and he said my dear son she makes me very happy and then I can not just leave whatever makes me happy out side my house, but I think I was beginning to understand she treated baaba like a little baby that was why
