Donghyuck felt like asking Mark to come over to him, just because of some imaginary homework, was wrong, stupid and childish. Why didn't he has the guts to just write something like "hey, we need to talk about that kiss", or something. Because, it's what it was about. Although, he wasn't lying - he said physics, just didn't specify that it was about how they used the energy to move their lips against each other's.

He was lost. Lost in his own thoughts and fears. He didn't know if he rather would like Mark to remember or to not about the kiss. Either way would be as awkward, or maybe even more than what he imagined. Yet here he was: sitting on the couch in living room, his knees pulled up and pressed onto his stomach, his mind full of thoughts about Mark helping him with homework. He shook his head energetically and growled at himself.

— Focus, Donghyuck. You have to stay calmed and focused. When he comes, you'll fix things as mature as possible. You can do it. — He sighed deeply, and whined right after, throwing his fist into the air and finally collapsing onto the couch.
— Who am I trying to deceive.. — Frustrated, he growled and cursed himself for some time, and when he finally pulled himself together, he fixed the mess he made with the couch and left the living room. — Donghyuck, you better tidy your room and shit, it's disgustingly messy and Mark is coming in one hour. — And so he did. Not realising that one hour is less than it sounds like.

— No, Jaehyun, I'm an idiot! - Mark yelled at the top of his lungs, to the point that his throat hurt. Moreover, he simply forgot that he was standing on a street. In the middle of a crowded street. He chuckled embarrassed, bowed a little to apologise, and went back to his caller. — What if he wants to meet, just to tell me to get lost? To never speak to him again? Jaehyun, I'm really scared. I fucked up for real this time. — He frowned and didn't notice, when he started biting his nails. He shook his head, hide his hand into one of pockets, and continued to look around.

— Yeah, yeah. I get it, okay? But, what if I am nOt overreacting and overthinking? What if I did something to him, that he didn't want to? Ghod, I want to punch my stupid face so freaking much right now, you can't imagine! Why are you laughing? Is it funny to you that I'm in pain? You're an asshole, Jaehyun. I'm hanging up! — He growled, as he hid his phone in the pocket of his jacket.

As he ended the call and had no one to shout at, he finally entered the shop, with a big 'Chocolate' sign brightly shining. As he went in, he smiled brightly, took a deep breath and started looking around. Finally, when a young lady approached him, he smiled politely at her and hesitated. He backed a little, but eventually, he gathered all those guts he had left and asked.

— Do you.. Do You know maybe what to buy if your crush is mad at you, Miss? - He said, his mouth trebling and words stutter. Before the lady took him to a counter, filled with heart and flower shaped chocolates, he laughed awkwardly and rubbed the back of his head.

— These you see here, mister, are the most popular our guests buy, usually when their partners are mad and so. — She smiled, and put in front of Mark a box of chocolates.

— Do you maybe have strawberry flavoured? — He asked, shyly, as he kept looking at the box.

— Of course, you can pick any kind of the chocolates and make your own, customised box!

— Please, do so. And add also some mint ones! - Mark smiled, this time more proudly than shy, and after 5 minutes of waiting, the lady came back with a heart-shaped box, that had a big, pink ribbon on it.

— Here you are, mister! I'm sure your girlfriend will like them, and hope that everything between you two will be good as never!

— Yeah, he will like them. — Mark whispered, as the lady handed him the box, light pink coloured his cheeks. After he paid, he bowed one more time this day, put the box in a paper bag and left the shop.

"The easiest part is done. Now only the hardest. Phew."

When the front door bell rang, Donghyuck almost fell from his bed, his heart surely skipped a beat. As Mark would've said; thank God, he was done eating his chips seconds earlier, he didn't die now. Not yet. But he was just about to. His heart rate rose as he made every next step towards the front door.

"What are you so tensed about, idiot. Calm your ass down, will you?" he kept telling himself, as he tried to do as said. Not like he managed to, of course. But little did he know, that Mark was feeling just the same, was in the same state as him, and the only thing what separated them right now, was the wooden doors. Of course, not for long.

To be honest, the worst scenario Donghyuck was thinking about, was him laughing at Mark for no reason. Just because. They were still friends, and it didn't only happen once that they laughed each other off "just because". However, this time, laughing at Mark would only make the whole situation more awkward, more immature and all those negative adjectives.

He even wasn't longer scared of talking about that kiss. Chill. No, but seriously, who was he trying to deceive..

As Donghyuck approached the door, he closed his eyes, took a deep breath, counted to three and twisted the knob. And there he was. Standing, stiff as never, with his goofy smile brightening up his entire face. Donghyuck couldn't stop that wide, shy smile from creeping on his lips.

— Uhm, y-you look nice today! — Mark laughed awkwardly.

— Hello to you too, Mark. And we both know I do not. I'm literally standing here with my sweatpants on, with no makeup, because I'm too lazy to do anything. — Donghyuck, chuckled and rolled his eyes. — I'm a mess, and I don't know how aren't you blind yet..

— You still look pretty. — The word "pretty" sounded like the softest thing Donghyck ever got to hear, to the point that his whole body got covered with goosebumps and a weird electric wave went through every tiny part of him. — A-anyway. May I come in? You know, the homework?

— Oh, about that... I don't really have any homework? Or well, I do, but I realised, a little too late maybe, that I don't have the things I need at home. So, there'll be no physics tutoring.. I'm sorry.. — He signed, embarrassed that he made Mark to come to his house, practically for nothing. — But, there's something we need to talk about. Are you in a mood for a walk maybe?

Believe or not, Mark stood there shocked, not quite believing if he was hearing right or not. He blinked a couple of times, then smiled widely.

— Of course! Actually, I was about to ask you the same thing..
