Damn it's been forever.

Stan and Kyle were best friends, no more than that super best friends! But it sometimes gets misinterpreted, sometimes Kyle just wished they all knew so the record could finally be set straight. If only he could tell them, he would but he couldn't risk it. It's not like they had a phobia or anything, they just didn't want their son to be....ya know.... different.

Thats why he's here, tucked tightly away in safe warm arms, supposedly sleeping over at Stan's house. He went to sit up but the arms encircled around his waist held him tighter preventing him from leaving. He chuckled under his breath and laid back down, he would get up later when the other was feeling more cooperative. He wondered what the other was dreaming about, they had a big dumb smile plastered on their face. Kyle smiled to himself he could feel himself drifting away into a peaceful sleep.

When Kyle woke up the bed was cold, he was alone. He slid his legs over the bed and braced himself to stand, his legs were still shaky from sleep. Once he took his first few steps away from the bed he finally took in his surroundings, he could hear a faint humming in the distance. He closed his eyes and listened to the tune, it was light and airy but filled to the brim with love and happiness. He walked towards the humming and it slowly got louder, he couldn't decipher the song but he could tell it was something they knew by heart, something they must've heard a million times. Like a lullaby your mom sung to you as a kid. He walked into the kitchen, the smell of eggs and bacon wafted into his nose and he couldn't help but smile at the person who was making it.

"Good morning darling"~ their voice sang into my ears, so happy that It made my heart feel heavy. "Morning to you too" I said smiling back. They turned and put food onto my plate while giving me a kiss on the head. I took the plate and happily sat down at the table and looked across at the one I loved.

"Hey baby..." I asked from my side of the table, even without their words I knew I had their attention. "You know we need to tell them all soon, right?" They smiled and stood, they slowly made their way across the table and engulfed me in a warm bear hug. "I know Kyle, you know I love you right, no matter what."

"I love you too eric."
