That's you
And this is me ,
But we compare and despair ,
on our destinies.
I am a wanderer
I love to move.
You are static,
and you constantly do.
I am a river ,
and I flow .
You are a mountain
Stoic and strong.
You are determined
I am distracted
You are ambitious
& I am lost.
I live and let live,
You live too,
but on your own
terms and conditions.
I follow my heart
you follow your brain
I tap to the left you
and you on your head
I spin and complain
about the world going round,
you make them
go round and round .
I love the way you contain yourself ,
the way you maintain
& control.
You love that I don't care,
that i flow on and on.
AND Somewhere in the process ,
I start disliking you
and you start hating me
I burn and you drown,
both in our own anguish.
But that's not how it started,
It started with them
who planted the seed,
and now everything else is history .
I lost myself ,
you drowned yourself.
and now there is no
YOU AND NO ME .
