The Mission

{Bree POV}
It's been 3 months. 3 months since I found out the truth and since I left. Right when I got home my parents told me we were going on a trip and leaving the next day. Unfortunately for me, there was no service so I could call and tell addy. But now that I'm back, I have to tell her. Hopefully it isn't too late though.

I walked into school and was greeted with a hug by my bestie.
"OMG, Bree I missed you so much. So many things happened and I'm just dying to tell you."

"I need to tell you something too. It's about Zed and-" Now was the time. I can't wait to see the smile on her face when I told her. But instead she interrupted me with a sad and angry expression.

"We're done... like really over this time. Yesterday we talked and it went absolutely horrible. The worst part is that now we still have to do a project together and I don't know what I'll do."

"But what about Zeddison?"

"There is no Zeddison, and if we're being honest there never really was one to being with."

"You can't give up on him yet Addy. Before I left I heard-" I was cut off once again by the bell.

"Oh I should probably go, can't be late for math. I'll just talk to later okay?" Addison said as she started walking off to class. This can't be good. She can't give up on him just let. As her best friend it's my duty to make sure that her and Zed her back together.

Uggghhhhhh! It's like the universe is trying to keep them apart.  Every time I attempted to tell Addison about what I saw, something always ends up ruining it. We were practicing on the field today at the same time as football practice. Wait! This was perfect. When I tell Addison why Zed acted the way he did, she would run up to him and kiss him just like in the movies. I had to make that happen.

"Hey Addison, can you meet me in front of the school after? I really have to tell you something." I asked hoping she would agree.

"Yeah sure. Is everything okay?"

"Yeah everything is going perfect. So I'll see you after school." Now that Addison agreed, it's time for step 2. Asking the zombie. At first Zed was hesitant about going, but when I told him Addison wanted to talk to him, he instantly agreed. I mean I didn't completely lie to him. She did agree too come.

Now step 3. Happily ever after. Zed and I walked to front of the school where we saw Addy.

"Hi Addy," Zed greeted shyly... clearly nervous.

"What is he doing here, Bree."

"I know you said you guys were over, but that can't happen. You guys are Zeddison. Like peanut butter and jelly you belong together... well maybe not jelly because that's kind of what started this, but never mind. The point is I am not letting you guys throw away something so amazing. Okay so this is the real reason why all of this happened.." I told Addy everything I heard and in between Zed would add information in. When I finally finished I could see tears forming in her eyes. Why was she crying, hopefully nothing bad.

"Is this true Zed? Were you rally forced to do all those things?" Addison asked holding back the tears that were about to flow out.

"Of course it is. It's always been you Ad-" oh what now. Seriously, you couldn't let me fix this universe.

"Zeddy!" A zombie tall and beautiful, probably around our age, jumped on Zed and hugged him for what seemed liked forever. Addison ran away in tears. Okay that zombie did not just run in here and ruin my romance movie moment.
